Cosy cabin, great for family of 3 to visit london and the local amenities.

cosy, warm cabin suitable for family of 3. welcoming host who was happy and available to help at any time. nice shower - water pressure strong. most of what you needed for kitchen including quality cleaning products. 30 min walk to WGC centre or 5-10 min walk to bus stop. nice centre of town with cafes/restaurants/shops and supermarket. train into london centre takes 25mins.

there was a hob and microwave but no oven/grill but not too much of an issue.

Cosy Cabin!

Exceptionally clean. Nice decor and a really cosy feel. All the essentials available, clean towels, kitchenware, toiletries...Outside area, tranquil and quiet. I slept peacefully:) A home away from home! I should have booked for 2 nights, at the very least!

No proper path from the back of the house to Thee Cabin. It was hot weather so no problem but it could have been difficult in wet weather.

Good communication from host. Functional, clean base for the night.

Surrounding area needed a little bit of TLC. Sofa bed wasn't made up and was very uncomfortable for an adult to sleep on. The blind in the bedroom needs securing to the wall as it is a hazard for small children.

A great place to stay and not just for one night!

The friendly welcome and peaceful venue. Everything I needed was there for a comfortable stay.

Motion activated lighting in the garden that was on all night. It was there to guide my pathway from carparking to the Cabin but I think motion-sensor lighting would be more planet friendly.

Power failed

Friendly couple. Self-contained. Quiet and cute and set in gardens.

We had no power for 18 hours so no hot water or shower. Couldn't even wash our hands after opening bacon. We had to find somewhere to get breakfast before a medical appointment and eat out again that day which cost a lot extra. The fridge was off. They tried several times to sort it out from 7 am but it wasn't back on until 6pm. It was a stressful stay, especially with a poorly child. There has been no response to my message asking if they'd consider a discount as we didn't even have basic facilities for that time. Very disappointing as we had planned to stay there again for my daughters next appointment. Next time we will choose somewhere else.

Excellent for a brief stopover. Clean and well equipped. Warm while it was chilly outside. Quiet-ish location and, as the sign suggested, a private feel. Friendly and helpful host. Most welcoming.

Would have liked to stay longer but unfortunately we were only in the area for one night.

Very clean and tidy. Plenty of kitchen equipment including coffee machine. Very quiet and secluded. Decent wifi connection, internet TV and good heating.

Ideal location for guests at Brocket hall wedding.

Lovely, well equipped cabin that was perfect for getting ready to attend a wedding at Brocket hall, and relaxing in afterwards. Host was very helpful and even met me en route so that I wouldn't get lost.

Need more places to hang stuff in the bedroom and bathroom as well as put toiletries.
