Nice kitchen, en suite bathroom plus another

Unable to park anywhere near apartment to get keys and parking permit. Parking fine risk. I have a Blue Badge so this was a problem. Main entrance to building was open to anyone due to door access code broken. Shower curtain smelled sour, orange and black mould. Net curtains throughout not clean. Ceiling light fittings not clean in all rooms. Sofa hard as a rock.

Clean, light apartment. Had all that was needed for the kitchen. Location to family, town centre, and train station was a highlight.

The second bathroom didn't have the shower head fixed to the wall so it was hard to shower. The lounge got very warm and a second window that could be opened would have been beneficial. Getting a space for visitors to park was problematical.

Great location for us. Comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The ventilation could have been better as we were not able to open the bedroom windows, so only got air from the window in the lounge. It was hot at night and we would have valued a through draft.

Clean, great location with good facilities but terrible bed and poor security.

Location for Tesco was great. Apartment was very clean and had great facilities; TV and Sky, Lounge with dining table, fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms.

Security. Room was right next to fire exit which was often left propped open. No front door security and frequent fast food deliveries. It was open and the building security key was not required. So no building security. Apartment was only on a key latch and there was no key for the deadbolt lock in the door. The building security key did not open the rear exit so you could only leave by this exit not enter. The bed was seriously uncomfortable and sagged seriously and this was NOT corrected by the topper. A new mattress is needed. The shower was adequate but the tray was plastic and moved substantially when you moved about in it. This was disconcerting and slightly dangerous. I had to remove my rubbish when leaving this apartment and there was no indication where the rubbish could be left so I had to take it home. If not there are some cost penalties around cleaning etc that you may fall foul of. I thought emptying the bin was the least they could do for the price I paid.

I like the place I think there needs to be abit more attention to detail.

It’s really well setup and it is neat in some aspects

The dishes on the table were dirty and the oven seems like it’s never really been cleaned, there is no dish rack for dishes and everything in the house in terms of crockery and cutlery is very mixed nothing really matches.

Frustrated in Welwyn

There were no curtains or roller blinds in the ground floor bedroom. The TV didn't operate. There were no instructions as to where the allocated parking space would be found.

The location was good. With car park, and security.

The pictures are deceiving. The mattress was awful.. we could feel the springs in our back. 2 sleepless nights. Did not get as per booking. No dining table. No desk( was delivered later) the kettle and toaster was filthy. Wasn't cleaned to a good standard as advertised. Light bulb hanging from the socket. ( was fixed later ) but should have been before we arrived. They need to remove the accreditation from their pics. Very misleading. Not worth the money. The beds are what you get in a 1 start accommodations. Very disappointed for the amount of money we paid.

The Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for the three of us to stay comfortably. While the property did not have a reception, management always answered all our questions in a timely manner.

I arrived on Monday and signaled that one window blind was blocked. I sent photos with lear explanations of whatvthe issue was. Since I was on ground floor, anyone passing by outside could see me inside. It took until Thursday for someone to come, only to fix something else that was irrelevant. So the issue stayed and I leftbon Friday morning. The rest was ok so I still put an 7

The apartment we had last year was perfect but unfortunately was not available this year

the location was perfect the staff at the other end of the telephone were very nice the venue is very nice in side the entrance halls near the local shops and pub for lunches

flat was too small no dinning room my sister could not sit on the bar stools which was not suitable for older people not very clean e.g. tops of microwave and coffee machine covered in dust bed linen was ripped at the seams we paid more money this time round for a poorer quality

Finding the building was a bit confusing but got there in the end!! Unfortunately this apartment didn't have twin beds We knew this when we booked.

The property was lovely and clean

The bed needs replaced when you got into it you rolled into the middle I had a visitor who parked in the visitors car park bay but unfortunately she got a ticket when I addressed it the receptionist said the have just found out that the parking was outsourced to an outsider and did not inform us I will be contesting the ticket and think the owner should have that in the instructions that visitors cannot park in visitors car park which put a damper on the night

Very best Serviced apartment in the area I have stayed in - very good value.

Very nice welcome pack in apartment when we arrived and luxury toiletries gift from Molton Brown. This was a nice surprise. Apartment was very large for me and I loved all the space & layout. The beds were very comfortable and high quality bedding. I was sent the check in instructions before I arrived with details for collecting keys which was very easy. This allowed me to check in at my own leisure without any stress. Very easy and very helpful.

There was nothing we didn't like - overall everything exceeded all expectations. This apartment is usually unavailable when we need to book, that's the only negative thing for me I would say however I am sure that is because it is so popular and can't be helped.

Great location, apartment stocked with basics

Dining chairs at the kitchen bar were too high (relative to the countertop) and not comfortable, which meant I did not have a practical place to eat or work on my laptop. Otherwise the place was great.
