Nice kitchen, en suite bathroom plus another
Unable to park anywhere near apartment to get keys and parking permit. Parking fine risk. I have a Blue Badge so this was a problem. Main entrance to building was open to anyone due to door access code broken. Shower curtain smelled sour, orange and black mould. Net curtains throughout not clean. Ceiling light fittings not clean in all rooms. Sofa hard as a rock.

Good value and good location.
Clean, light apartment. Had all that was needed for the kitchen. Location to family, town centre, and train station was a highlight.
The second bathroom didn't have the shower head fixed to the wall so it was hard to shower. The lounge got very warm and a second window that could be opened would have been beneficial. Getting a space for visitors to park was problematical.

Great location for us. Comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
The ventilation could have been better as we were not able to open the bedroom windows, so only got air from the window in the lounge. It was hot at night and we would have valued a through draft.

Clean, great location with good facilities but terrible bed and poor security.
Location for Tesco was great. Apartment was very clean and had great facilities; TV and Sky, Lounge with dining table, fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms.
Security. Room was right next to fire exit which was often left propped open. No front door security and frequent fast food deliveries. It was open and the building security key was not required. So no building security. Apartment was only on a key latch and there was no key for the deadbolt lock in the door. The building security key did not open the rear exit so you could only leave by this exit not enter. The bed was seriously uncomfortable and sagged seriously and this was NOT corrected by the topper. A new mattress is needed. The shower was adequate but the tray was plastic and moved substantially when you moved about in it. This was disconcerting and slightly dangerous. I had to remove my rubbish when leaving this apartment and there was no indication where the rubbish could be left so I had to take it home. If not there are some cost penalties around cleaning etc that you may fall foul of. I thought emptying the bin was the least they could do for the price I paid.

I like the place I think there needs to be abit more attention to detail.
It’s really well setup and it is neat in some aspects
The dishes on the table were dirty and the oven seems like it’s never really been cleaned, there is no dish rack for dishes and everything in the house in terms of crockery and cutlery is very mixed nothing really matches.
