It was such a spacious and comfortable and clean apartment. It was perfect for 4 of us.

It was extremely basic, in terms of comfort. duvets and pillows very thin and cheap .

Excellent base for visiting Welwyn Garden City and surrounding areas.
The apartment was modern and bright. The beds were very comfortable. The showers worked well. The kitchen was well equipped. It was spotless apart from two baking trays in the oven which had obviously just been overlooked when the cleaning had been done. There was on-site free parking. It was very quiet - we couldn't hear noises from adjoining apartments. It's a few minutes by car from the centre of Welwyn Garden City. It could probably be walked in 10 minutes. Communications with the owners were efficient - using Booking.com's messaging system. Would recommend.
It was mainly great. We just had problems with the TV initially. The signal appeared very poor for BBC channels. However, our son suggested we try accessing them through iPlayer and this worked fine. It would have been helpful to have had this information, in advance.
