Great location and laundromat is very convenient
Could be a bit cleaner but just in the corners / details

Nice clean and tidy flat. Easy ground floor access. Good size living area and bedroom. Nice little kitchen with everything needed including fridge/freezer and washing machine. Nice and close to the local shops and good pub right across the road.
Biggest issue at the moment is the scaffolding surrounding the whole block of flats (which makes access a little tricky) and associated on-going works. It won't be forever though. Shower is not great. Had to get a stable temperature and low pressure. Decor is a little dated.

Great location, bus stop close, best pub/restaurant in Welwyn Garden City.
Movement noise from flat above. Sunday morning started around 6am. Other days ok.
