It was very easy to get the keys, the flat was lovely kitchen was well equipped but a baking tray would have been good. Comfortable bed lovely big TV. Very close to some lovely shops the takeaway was great.
A bit of a hiccup when we arrived but it was sorted quickly, the scaffolding and big step to get into the apartment through the patio doors was tricky. The bath/shower had a big step in and out no good for anyone with limited mobility. No tea towels but we understand not everyone uses them and no information about, shops, doctors, where the bins go etc.

Clean, self-contained flat with ample facilities and nearby parking. Not too far (approx. 1 mile) from Welwyn Garden City.
Overall, we liked the property but only found the guest information book on the last day, at the back of a cleaning cupboard. Useful info therefore missed. Also, a personal thing, we would have liked wine glasses in the kitchen.
