Sani Gulf I & II

A warm welcome. The incredible views across the countryside. Calm and peaceful vibe. Spotlessly clean. Our apartment was modern and high spec. The pool was superb. Proximity and ease of access from Thessaloniki Airport. A short drive to Neos Fokeas which is a great, a traditional place for drinks and dining. A lovely beach and boat hire available there too.

The secluded nature of the place is a big part of its appeal. It is so lovely. You will need a car or get a taxi to travel out to local bars and restaurants. There is a roadside bakery which is a short walk but there is nothing else in the vicinity if walking. The many local villages and places to explore are a joy. We loved having a meal in the square at Neos Fokeas.

The owners are extremely attentive to details and they are super sweet! It feels like a family when staying their ❤ .. They gave us tips where to go and where to eat aswell. They get out of their way to make sure you have an exceptional stay. 100% recommend for those who wants to enjoy some peace and quiet. The pool is large aswell and for those with small kids they have an extra section with shallow water. Rooms are spacy and comfortable and you also have a kitchenette if you want to cook something you have utensils included. Bed is comfy and even gave us extra pillows. They clean your room everyday. The location is superb as its mostly just 10 to 20 mins away from centre and beaches. This is my 2nd time there and can't wait to go back next summer 😍

Nothing everything was great!

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή και κοντά σε όλα. Ήσυχο μέρος ιδανικό για ξεκούραση. Οι ιδιοκτήτες ήταν ευγενέστατοι και φοβερά εξυπηρετικοί! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και με άμεση πρόσβαση στον κήπο και την πισίνα. Η βεράντα ήταν το απόλυτο σημείο χαλάρωσης με θέα το πράσινο και την πισίνα. Εννοείται θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε για επόμενες διακοπές!!

The property is fine. On the positive side, the swimming pool area was nice and comfy, and the parking lot was spacious. The scenery is pleasant.

The apartment (for 4 people in the site description) was terribly small, and the bunk bed was basically in the corridor in front of the bathroom. The kitchen annex was tiny; you needed to move the coffee machine to a different spot to plug it, and use it to make coffee. You get a warning not to throw the toilet paper into the toilet… In terms of basic comfort, it was more like a campsite than an apartment. This matters because the actual space available should be stated more clearly in the description.
