Tranquility, lovely sea-views through the pine trees, perfect location

The location is perfect, the sea-view through the pine trees is so relaxing, the whole garden area around the pool is spotless, the hotel is so tranquil and quiet, the staff is very nice and polite. Going downhill to the beach is ~5 min, quite steep, but with nice views to stop and take photos. The beach is very enjoyable, not crowdy, rather wild and 1min away to the next crowdy one.

The breakfast is nice and diverse, but the content could be improved. The breakfast sea-view is lovely!

The room underground has a terrible smell of mold, all over the room.

Overall, the place looked pretty nice. The amnesties were not that clean but not in a terrible condition, would give a 7.

The main complaint is regarding the room. I am not aware how the other rooms are but ours was having a terrible smell of mold, all over the room. The price compared to where we slept is a very very poor experience. I would not suggest the rooms underground.

The place where the hotel is located is wonderful. Located in a location that is peaceful and everything coincides with nature. Every day the rooms were clean, the yard and the pool were beautiful, the staff was very kind. 1 minute to Hanioti, 5 minutes to Afitos by car. The beach below the hotel is wild and uncrowded. Best vacation ever, very peaceful and we will visit you again.

We ordered twin bed room. In the evening, we came to hotel, the receptionist informed us that there is no available twin bed room and our only one option is to stay in double bed room. Hotel didn't inform us earlier about this problem.

It was a quick, last minute booking and we were grateful to get a place to stay and explore the area

We like the nature around the property, very fresh and clean air; the restaurant food was also great. The location was perfect for swimming and exploring the quaint, small village of Afitos, Greece. Most of all, the staff was very accommodating .

I would say ,the bathroom had a distinct smell which was most likely due to the drainage .

Breathtaking view

The accommodation had a breathtaking view. The yard is very nicely arranged with a swimming pool, palm trees, olives trees. Very kind staff, they helped us as many times as we needed. The room was big and clean, and it was cleaned every day. Bathroom was modern, and the room had the balcony was settled very nice. Kallithea Beach is very close to the hotel.

The breakfast was good but it could be more diverse. The rest was great!

The place is very cozy and the people working at the property are amazing, kind and helpful. We had a problem with the air con on our first day, and the owner resolved it himself. We were in the suite with an 11 month baby, and had plenty of space. Also, everybody were very helpful with the baby, they pampered her with attention and now we don't know how she'll live without all those people. 😄 She even got a toy from the owner. All in all, great view, great accommodation, good people, tasty food, very close to the beach, definitely would recommend for a holiday and would visit again.

Малък спокоен хотел

Разположението на хотела беше много хубаво, тихо и спокойно, достатъчно далеч от центъра за да не се чува шумотевицата. Впечатлени останахме от гледката от ресторантчето. И бонус, че има сянка на паркинга и автомобилите не са целодневно изложени на слънце.

Тъй като се настанихме доста по късно, към 18ч, стаята не беше изчистена от предишните гости. Отидох при персонала, те ми обясниха какво точно е станало, а именно че гостите преди нас са напуснали към 15ч, въпреки че е трябвало още в 11ч, камериерката не е успяла да изчисти, попитаха ме кога ще е удобно да я почистят, излезнахме на вечеря, а след като се прибрахме в стаята към полунощ, стаята бе изчистена и имахме комплимент бутилка бяло вино и роза.

Peisajul și liniștea de la hotel.

Faptul că e relativ departe de plajă. Se poate coborî prin grădina hotelului dar e o pantă foarte abruptă și neamenajată care sub nicio formă nu se poate coborî cu bagaje. Mai este varianta de a alege ruta ocolitoare însă și pe acolo se urcă și se coboară un deal mare. Paturile și pernele sunt foarte incomode. Am primit apartament. Una din camere era la demisol, ceea ce nu mi se pare potrivit pentru un concediu!

Das Hotel wirkte ein wenig wie noch im Dornröschenschlaf vor Saisonbeginn. Das Zimmer war okay, mit schönem Blick in den Garten und aufs Meer hinter einem Kiefernwäldchen. Die Gartenanlage war hübsch. Das Buffet-Frühstück war in Ordnung. Es gibt ein kleines Bücherregal mit Urlaubslektüre in verschiedenen Sprachen.

Alle Balkone waren voller, bereits lang dort liegendem, Laub. Der Hotel-Brunnen voller chemisch riechendem Schaum, der durch den ständigen Durchlauf immer weiter schäumte.
