Terrible Experience
Location
I had a truly disappointing stay at InLofts. We were placed on the first floor (which the staff later insisted was the ground floor), and from the moment we arrived, the room was full of insects. Before heading to the beach, we sprayed the room ourselves, only to return and find cockroaches dropping dead on the floor and even falling from the curtains.
We tried to explain the situation to the only staff member present – a woman who also appeared to be the cleaner and receptionist – but communication was extremely difficult. She insisted it was “normal” for a ground floor room and said nothing could be done. When we asked to change rooms, we were told the hotel was fully booked. It was only after we made it clear how serious the issue was that she contacted the owner.
Unfortunately, the owner also offered no real solution, only suggesting they could spray the room (which we had already done ourselves). When we asked for a refund, we were told to contact Booking.com. They even showed us a document stating pest control had been carried out a few months ago – apparently meant to cover the whole summer – which did nothing to address our immediate concerns.
In the end, we had to resolve the issue ourselves. One of our single friends offered to stay in the room so the rest of us could sleep more comfortably.
On top of this, the rooms were not cleaned daily, and towels we left on the floor to be replaced were simply hung back up – unacceptable. The woman working there, who stayed in the room next to ours, was often on the phone loudly until 1 or 2 AM, and we saw her place clean bed sheets on the hotel stairway – something we found highly unprofessional and unhygienic.
Despite all this, the owner asked at the end of our stay if everything was okay. We were too polite to say what we really thought at the time, but I feel it’s important to share this now so others can make an informed decision.

I am traveling with booking for many years and it is the first time that such thing is happening to me!
After the first night someone entered in my room and cleaned. They touched all my personal belongings and they were moved in different places. This was very strange for me. On the next day before checkout I found that 400 euros were missing from my handbag, which I was keeping in the room the entire time during this visit. I have contacted the owner to help me resolve the problem, but he did not offer any resolution. I am deeply offended by this owner and the people involved and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I am disappointed and disgusted from this robbery and lack of resolution. DO NOT BOOK!!!

Last year, we were in a room upstairs with a balcony on the main pedestrian street.
This year, we were on the ground floor, with a patio to sit outside.

Modern and spacious apartment with a perfect location in Afytos.
We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Afytos. The spacious room was modern and impeccably clean, with a very comfortable bed. The hosts (Niki and Kosta) were very kind and helpful, making our experience even better. The location on the main road of the village was perfect, with a plethora of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. Highly recommended for a wonderful experience!

The rooms are spacious with a good taste of design and newly furnished. Very large balcony. We were the first ones stayed in our room. The location cannot be better than this property. It is right in the center of Afitos. The owner is very helpful. We also loved the cleaning lady who chatted with us and showed us around. Thank you so much!
The owner and cleaning staff were perfect but we had a miscommunication with the administrative staff. However it was not a big problem.

Oltre a innumerevoli zanzare abbiamo trovato anche qualche blatta nella stanza e fuori .. la stanza è un seminterrato e sopra c’è un negozio di souvenir che prima di chiudere quindi verso la mezzanotte si sentono vari rumori !! Un altra cosa negativa è il finestrone con una tenda coprente davanti che non puoi mai aprire perché dalla strada ti vedono!

Ganz neu und modern eingerichtet. Alles sehr schick, der Balkon geht auf die Fußgängerzone herunter, aber wenn man die Fenster nachts zu macht, ist es ziemlich ruhig. Sehr schönes Apartment
Das Zeitfenster zum einchecken war mit 14 bis 16:00 Uhr etwas knapp bemessen. Das Apartment ist nicht gut ausgeschildert, so dass man es fast nicht finden kann.

Το δωμάτιο είχε υπέροχη διαμόρφωση. Βόλευε παρα πολύ για να αφήσεις τα πράγματα σου και να έχεις και άνετο χώρο να κινηθείς. Το κρεβάτι βολικό και τα σεντόνια πεντακάθαρα. Ευρύχωρο και αεριζόμενο μπάνιο, άνετο στο ντουζ και στον νιπτήρα. Το κλιματιστικό σε σωστή θέση. Ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρο σε όλα( σεντόνια, πετσέτες , τουαλέτα,πάτωμα). Η κυρία που μας υποδέχτηκε ευγενική και πρόθυμη! Θα το ξανά επέλεγα για παραπάνω μέρες!
