The best choice in Afytos

A hospitable host and cleanliness define this place. The room is well furnished and very well equipped. Hygiene is a priority. It is on a quiet street but very close to the centre. We come to Afytos every year and stay at Filoxenia Studios.

New facilities , welcoming staff and great hospitality

The property where we stayed was very clean, cozy and it had every day house keeping service which is very important. Also it was free of charge . We were offered wine and snacks for the welcoming too.

The bathroom was a little inconvenient and there was a problem with the water during the shower. It would be great if there was a glass door.

Comfortable and well-equipped

Comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, good location, and well-equipped for a short stay.

There is no reception and no one was around when we arrived, so we had to call a number to get someone to come and welcome us. They came immediately though. The balconies are all next to each other and there are no dividers between them, so you don’t have any privacy.

Clean and new apartments, need much better air-conditioning

The apartments are new, elegant and clean. Located 10min away from the village center, where all restaurants, bars and supermarkets are located.

There is one issue which is the air-conditioning system, which is in very poor condition, impossible to cool the apartment. Considering the heat waves in Greece during summer, this becomes a big problem.

Great stay with very good position

The appartments are modern and clean. We very much liked the included parking. Afytos was a great place to stay and the appartment is perfectly situated to reach good bars and restaurants within a short walk. Also the beatiful Afytos city beach is a 10 minute walk away and definitely worth a visit.

Not much to complain about, the cushions on the beds sadly resemble bricks, so this is the one thing that could be improved.

Unfortunately the stove was not working and lot of mosquitos, but the same situation is in entire country.

Kitchen was very poor equipped although it had all the possibilities, it had no pots or pans to cook. Maybe at least the necessary stuff should included. Everything else was great!

Everything was perfect, nicely furnished, very clean. Very close to the old town, and about 1.4 km from the beach. Easy to reach other resorts.

Beautiful and perfect for our little getaway

Everything!! The rooms have been done to such a high standard, even has smart tv’s so you can watch YouTube etc. The staff were amazing as well and really helpful. Short walk from Afitos town but not so in the middle that it’s noisy so nice and peaceful sleep

Nice view from balcony and the room was very clean. Strong wi-fi.

The communication with the owner was poor. We didn't receive answer at messages on booking before we arrived. Also, when we left we let a thanks message - no answer neither.

Modern, very good located, parking in the near

Highly recommended. Modern, big and clean room. Very friendly owner lady. Nice sea view from 1st floor. Nice balcony. Little parking space in front of the hotel and a bigger one 100meters away. Perfect hotel to visit the little village

A nice apartment with terrace

The area where the apartment is situated seemed to be the "quiet" part of the village which suited us. The parking is easy, just outside. The flat was really clean and the bathroom was modern with a walk in shower. The terrace was in the shade all day which is a bonus. The owner was friendly and offered to change our linen halfway through our trip which is a nice touch.

The shower head was broken so did not work very well. Also the glassware and cutlery were in short supply which did not bother us as we were not planning to cook in the apartment.

Pleasant

The location of Filoxenia Studios is great- near the restaurants and central square, but far enough away from the noise, which we really liked. There is a lot of parking space- in front of the hotel and also near the hotel there is a free parking area (near the main road). Filoxenias furniture is brand new, there are mosquitoes nets, rooms are comfortable, there is all you need in the studios. Great terrace with sea view.

Unfortunately the host doesn't speak English. She said that her son speaks, but we didn't met him during our stay. During 4 nights stay the room was cleaned once- after 3rd night and after we asked the host to clean it. We travel often to Greece, and in every hotel/room/studio, in which we have been so far, the room has always been cleaned daily.

The ownet and his mother wellcomed us at a very cold evening and gave us advice were to eat and drink.

Çok rahat ve temiz

Odalar tertemizdi, sizi karşılayan Maria teyze mükemmel tatlı biriydi.Afitos şehir merkezine çok çok yakın sadece bir yokuş iniyorunuz ve merkezdesiniz,kendine ait otoparkı olması mükemmeldi.

Klimalar başta çalışmadı, biraz problem yaşadık ama çözdük.
