When we arrived, the owner warmly welcomed us with a smile. Although we don’t speak the same language, you immediately feel her kindness and hospitality. As far as I could tell, it’s a family-run business. There is private parking for your car, and Afytos Beach is only a 5-minute drive away. You can also walk to the town center, shops, restaurants, cafés, and entertainment venues in just a few minutes. The property also has an EV charging station. I charged my car there without any issues, but you may want to ask for permission before charging your own vehicle. I don’t think they’ll mind at all. EV charging stations are very limited in Afytos, so having one at the property is a great advantage. The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and if you wish, it is cleaned daily and the towels are replaced every day. The towels were clean and looked brand new, so there’s really no need to bring your own.

The only thing I felt was missing was a washing machine. After spending time at the beach, it’s nice to be able to wash your clothes.

The most clean apartment ever, they are cleaning the room everyday. I haven’t seen anything like this. Definitely will come again.

A hospitable host and cleanliness define this place. The room is well furnished and very well equipped. Hygiene is a priority. It is on a quiet street but very close to the centre. We come to Afytos every year and stay at Filoxenia Studios.

The apartments are new, elegant and clean. Located 10min away from the village center, where all restaurants, bars and supermarkets are located.

There is one issue which is the air-conditioning system, which is in very poor condition, impossible to cool the apartment. Considering the heat waves in Greece during summer, this becomes a big problem.
