New and clean, with a super nice host!

Super nice owner who was attentive and very welcoming. The hotel has very nice facilities, and everything is super clean and new. There is a village 3 minutes away by car with supermarkets, restaurants, shops...etc. There are many beaches near by as well!

A car is a must. There are no walking paths around.

Perfect choice for Halkidiki stay

We stayed in the suite with pool view and it was absolutely gorgeous. Spyros was amazing, nothing he couldnt do for you. The apartment was cleaned every day. Its perfect to stay just outside of Afytos as its a very short drive and you get the luxury of a good view, quiet and spacious pool area being outside of town.

Beautiful new and modern property, fabulous pool area , comfortable beds. Loved the decoration and having Netflix is a bonus.

Amazing stay near Afitos

We had an amazing stay here, everything was beyond expectations. Spyros was one of the most welcoming and helpful hosts we've had so far and I want to thank him and his family for making our stay so enjoyable. 1) The place is very new and clean 2) The apartments are spacious and well equipped 3) The swimming pool is 10/10 4) Location is a few minutes drive to anything that you may need (restaurants, beach, supermarkets, etc) 5) The host made the difference

Nice brand new appartments

Brand new appartments with good location, free parking, good wifi and nice pool. We loved staying there and met Spiros and his family. :-)

Instead of a queen size bed like we booked unfortunately two twin bed pushed together. The mattresses were uncomfortable. :-( No coffee machine and microwave.

Best vacation in Afytos so far

Highly recommending this place to anyone planning visitin Afytos. Everything is nicelly organized and have enough room intimacy which makes you feel like home. Owner is very friendly and not hesitating to be of help.

Ontzettend fijne accomodatie, schoon, modern, prachtig groot terras (balkon) met zitje en ligbedden, kortom een echte aanrader. Gastheer Spiros is ontzettend vriendelijk en maakt heerlijke frappé, waar we heerlijk van hebben genoten op ons ligbed aan het zwembad!

Tutto. È stata la vacanza più rilassante che io abbia mai fatto. La struttura è incantevole e così la sua pace e tranquillità. Le foto sono esattamente quello che troverete, niente di meno. Ein Traumhafter Urlaub - Unser Neuer Lieblingsort! So eine herzliche, friedliche und rundum perfekte Unterkunft erlebt man nur selten. Gastgeber Spyros und seine Familie haben uns vom ersten Moment an mit so viel Herzlichkeit empfangen, dass wir uns fühlten, als würden wir langjährige Freunde besuchen. Ihre Freundlichkeit, Offenheit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Die Anlage ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und wird äußerst gepflegt. Der Pool ist blitzsauber und ladt zum Entspannen ein. Dank der privaten Parkplätze direkt vor Ort gibt es keinerlei Parkplatzsorgen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, hell und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Besonders die großzügigen Balkone und Terrassen sind wahre Wohlfühloasen - perfekt, um die Sonne zu genießen, ein Buch zu lesen oder einfach die Ruhe auf sich wirken zu lassen. Hier passt einfach alles zusammen: Sauberkeit, Ordnung, Stil - und vor allem ein Ort mit Seele. Die Unterkunft bietet nicht nur körperliche, sondern auch emotionale Erholung. Wir sind überglücklich, diesen wunderbaren Ort entdeckt zu haben - für uns ist klar: Das ist unser neues „Urlaubs-Zuhause". Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf das nächste Mal. Perfekte Unterkunft – unser neuer Stammplatz! Wir hatten einen absolut traumhaften Aufenthalt! Gastgeber Spyros ist unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Die ganze Familie ist sehr sympathisch und sorgt mit echter Gastfreundschaft dafür, dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Anlage ist hervorragend eingerichtet: Es gibt einen sehr sauberen Pool, private Parkplätze direkt vor Ort und alles ist durchdacht, gepflegt und sauber gehalten. Die Zimmer sind groß, hell und komfortabel ausgestattet. Besonders schön sind die großzügigen Balkone und Terrassen – perfekt, um in Ruhe die Sonne zu genießen, auf einer Liege zu entspannen und einfach abzuschalten. Man merkt, dass hier mit Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Alles ist stimmig, gut organisiert und absolut einladend. Für uns steht fest: Das wird unser fester Ort für zukünftige Urlaube. Absolute Empfehlung!

Heerlijk genieten!

Het was erg schoon, heerlijke ligbedden bij het zwembad. De eigenaar was zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. Heerlijke cappuccino met eigen gebakken lekkernij bij ontvangst. Er werd alles aan gedaan om een zo fijn mogelijk verblijf te hebben.
