Great location, old facilities and not very clean

Location is exceptional. Good breakfast.

It’s not very clean, we found stains on the cover. Bedsheets were too short and did not fit the bed. Facilities in general are old, and they would require some maintenance.

Basically good value for money: compact hotel that has the basics : good location and breakfast, nice balcony, pool view- good atmosphere

Pillows were uncomfortable, room's a lil small and the shower head was throwing water sideways

Great stay at the Stamos

Lovely family run hotel close to restaurants and shops. Views of the sea from our balcony, and could watch the swallows swooping around. Children made good use of the pool. Beach a walk away down the hill (you need to walk up again!) Reasonable bar prices.

Great value for central village location

Central location for village restaurants and cafes. On the hill so a bit of a walk down to beach (and back up). Friendly, helpful team.

Breakfast is reasonable but it is a shame that it has to be eaten inside in a slightly dingy canteen like room. Pool area small and overlooked.

No parking, although they said they have. Very old and worn furniture in the room and bathroom as well. Rooms need renovation. The pool was not that clear as it should be, we didn’t use it at all. Bird droppings in the hallway. Delay 30 minutes from time of breakfast.

Good position, very close to city center. Beautiful pool and sea view.

Small bathroom, centralized airconditioning starts very slow, average breackfast (omelette is missing and more vegetables are needed).

Good value for money

First I need to thank the hotel for upgrading us to a better room that the one we booked. The rooms were big to accommodate a family of four (some may say that the rooms need a bit more room to walk around furniture, but you are not in Afitos to take walks in your room). The breakfast was typical for Afitos, combining common hotel breakfast items with local ones (I went for the local ones :) ), with good variety.

The bird nest on the staircase, near the breakfast area was interesting, especially the bird poop on the stairs. Please be advices that the pool is not very well suited for small children. It goes very fast from 0.9 m to 2.1 m. A bit more care on cleanness would be appreciated - the spider webs in the room and balcony were not very friendly.
