Beautiful Place – Already Looking Forward to Returning

We absolutely loved having our own private pool – it was such a treat and a really good size too. The surroundings were beautiful, with palm trees everywhere, creating a relaxing and tropical atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back!

One thing we would kindly suggest is that the housekeeping staff be trained to check for “Do Not Disturb” signs before approaching or entering the villas. Several times they knocked or came by while we were relaxing by the pool or sitting on the terrace, asking if we wanted cleaning. On one occasion, they even entered the villa while our older children were still sleeping, which was quite unfortunate. Additionally, it might be worth considering placing some form of divider or screening between the semi-detached villas to provide a bit more privacy for guests. Other than that, we have absolutely nothing to complain about – everything else was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our stay

It is necessary to add bedside tables for things to the houses. It would also be good to make a laundry room.

Beautiful and very quiet place. Very clean both in the room and on the territory. The rooms are cleaned every day. Bed linen and towels are changed every day. There is enough space on the territory and 2 good swimming pools.

1) there is no closet to put clothes. You can only hang them up for a long time, which is not convenient. 2) if there are crumbs left somewhere, there are a lot of ants right away. That's why you need to keep an eye on this. 3) there is no way to turn off the light on the terrace. Because of this there are a lot of mosquitoes. It is necessary to have mosquito repellent with you.

Complex is really great, everything is new and arranged with taste. There are two pools where you can spend time without need to go to the beach :) . Room service is every day. Rooms with private pools are great...considering to book that one next time

There is no price list in pool bar, music is so silent and employees should smile more often. Breakfast will be nice to have, cause restaurants are not close

The hotel is just as the photos and even more beutiful! We stayed in villa with private pool and it was amazing. Such a beautiful interior, clean villa and amazing hospitality. The boy at the reception was very outgoing and friendly.

We were for two nights and the weather was bad, it was raining so we didnt have hot water due the weather and it wasnt comforting at all. Have that in mind if you go and the weather is not sunny and hot you would probably not have hot water in the villa. Also , the WIFI was not that good, it was hard for us to watch a movie without pauses from the internet.

Overall great experience and lovely place to stay for few days.

The place feel pretty new. all facilities are in great shape and the atmosphere in the hotel is very relaxing and comfortable. When asked anything from the staff you are getting answered quite quickly and with positive attitude.

We came in for 10 days, hoped we'll get some better, proactive approach from the staff to help us get the most out of our experience, but we we always needed to ask and inquire about anything we needed. not even instructions on how to operate the cooktop were included in the room. Beyond that, feels like the place is new, but no one really thought of the little details. E.g. the floor around one of the pools is very slippery when wet and kids slipped there at least once a day.

It was so bad

Nothing , the ugliest hotel experience

Everything about the hotel service was bad. The water in the shower change from cold to hot in sec while showering. Cleanliness was zero . Bed not comfortable. Housekeeping was bad We were given a small room while we booked a bigger room and the staff did not make an effort to upgrade. All Staff needs training in hotel management and customer service Bar did not have items that we demanded At the end it was a very bad experience and not a recommended hotel. Wasted money. Title: Absolutely Disappointing Stay at the Hotel I'm left with a bitter taste after my recent stay at this hotel in Khalkidiki. We had high hopes, but were terribly let down. Our booking clearly specified a room layout comprising two twin beds, one sofa bed, and a queen bed. However, what greeted us upon arrival was a stark contrast to our booking - one queen bed and a single sofa bed. Trying to get assistance from the front desk was an exercise in frustration. When we voiced our concerns, we were met with apathy, as the receptionist didn't make any effort to rectify the issue. It felt like our comfort and satisfaction were of no importance, leaving us feeling undervalued as guests. Adding insult to injury, the housekeeping service was subpar. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were lacking, which further soured our experience. In summary, we did not get the value we paid for or the service we deserved. I strongly advise other travelers to take this into consideration when choosing their accommodation in Khalkidiki.

False Advertised Facility with Bad Management But Nice Architecture

-The facility is very nicely built and has a nice architecture. -They do not offer and food or breakfast (only snacks at the bar) but they have all the tools in the kitchen. -The market is 7-8 min walking distance. -The barman prepares the best cocktails in town and a very kind and nice guy.

The overall feel you get is this is a luxury facility. But actual truth is far from it because of the management. Building luxury facility is one thing managing is another. Just a list of reasons. -One night there were two crickets in the room woke us all up. Although there are fences in the rooms they should do better spraying for the rooms. -Two night before we left there was a mouse in our toilet. It was small and cute and I love animals and considered this one a happy encounter. I caught it with a water class and without harming it let it go in outside. But everyone may not feel comfortable sleeping in a room with a mouse. -They do false advertising, the rooms do not have the same number of beds and facilities. (Ours supposed to have one large two single and a sofa, what we got was one large and a sofa) -The hotel doesn’t have fitness centre or sauna as they advertised. -You carry your bags to your room when you first check in. -No bottle of wine or a plate of fruits in the room for welcome. The small refrigerator was empty. Not even a single bottle of small water. -We paid for three person as we were a family but only two sets of towels. After I went the reception I got the third set. -The room wasn’t cleaned and the towels weren’t changed the next day. Again when reminded the receptionist and she said they are changing and cleaning every day and they started doing so. -No hair dryer in the room. Again asking the receptionist we got one. -There is no telephone in the room. So each time you need something you have to go to the reception on foot. But its is advertised as with room service. -There are two small pools for the guests and they were not cleaned in a regular basis. One day there are lots of dead bees in the pool, the next day leaves and stuff from the trees making it impossible to get in.

The internet on wifi is very bad and i was promised that i would be allowed to charge my EV. Upon reaching the location I was told that charging is not allowed. Not cool.

Staff is very polite and helpful, pools and facilities are very good

Not close to the sea, the nearest beach is not good, you need to travel by car to visit good beach. No restaurant in the property, just a bar. The villas are not comfortable for 4 people - maximum 2 adults and the 2 small kids as the sofa is not a bed

The rooms were not ready at 15:00 (as was mentioned online) when we arrived and we had to wait for another two hours. Check in at 15:00 is late anyway and even after waiting, the rooms were still not ready. Staff were ignoring us and we had to ask multiple times in order to get an estimated time.

Beautiful landscaping, the grounds are very nice and well maintained. Pleasant and minimalist lodges, with thoughtful interiors.

Of the disadvantages, the pool villas lacked a hedge from the neighbours. And we had to clean the pool chairs ourselves, they were in dry scaffolding and grass from the palm trees.

Some small things if improved would make this place really awesome for holiday.

The property is new. Everything is really pretty. The apartments are well equipped. We had an apartment with a bedroom, a living room with a place to sleep but not a real bad (less comfortable), kitchen, bathroom and a terrace. There are two ACs, the kitchen contains all the utensils. The interior have excellent lighting. The terrace is open to the yard. There are two pools to be used but not many people use it so it is not crowded. Every corner of the village is really well maintained. The place is quiet during the night. It is really nice to sleep with window open. The windows have mosquito barrier. TV offers hundreds of channels.

The safe box was broken. We asked immediatelly to be fixed and they promised they would do, but they didnt. The towels are changed everyday, bit somehow they forgot to clean our room for two days. We then asked how often they clean it, and they said every day, after which we told them they hadnt done it. They excused, bit nonetheless it simply must not happen. Later, the cleaning lady changed some towels and some didnt. The bathroom is a mess. The shower cabin cannot be properly closed and so the water ends up all over the bathroom. To be even worse, the bathroom floor is not leveled for the water to flow to the drain so it stays like that. The shower cabin drain was clogged, we had to unclog it. The bathroom sink leaks. There are insects all over the place. Dont leave your food open. One day, someone left their wet clothes to be dried on our terrace chairs due to evrry terrace being open for everyone. Really weird.
