The property was beautiful and well equipped. Location was good, only a 30 minute walk to the sea front. Asda and Lidl only a 10/15 minute walk away for anything we required. Big driveway for parking. Bedrooms were all a good size. Garden was fully secure should you be taking your dog(s) which is rare that owners allow, thankfully Damon is happy for dog(s) to share your holiday with you.

Not really anything to dislike. Would’ve been nice to have a clothes airer to hang swim wear etc.. as there was no washing line.

Lovely stay at Bournemouth

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house near Bournemouth Beach. The property was spacious, very well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, and we especially appreciated his gesture of not charging the £60 barbecue fee, as we made sure to leave it clean and tidy. The garden was a real highlight for the children—they had a fantastic time playing outside, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything about the house was good and nicely maintained. Overall, we had a beautiful and memorable stay, and we would gladly return in the future.

The hot tube can only be used until 11pm, that was the only minus.

Perfect weekend for whole family

Loved our stay as it was perfect for our family with a young child. Stayed for a weekend but very suitable for a longer stay as lots of storage space and kitchen is very well equipped. Very clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds. Hot tub a very welcome addition. It was good to see hand wash washing up liquid and the like supplied as this is not always the case with rental properties

Could do with a mirror over sink in en suite. We would have used a patio table outside for meals as we ate there all weekend and we were blessed with fine weather but these would not put me off rebooking as minor points.

This fabulous house had plenty of room , we were 6 adults and 2 small children, it was ideal for the kids, so many fantastic play options. The house was in a quiet residential area which suited us. We really appreciated what this house had to offer.

On arrival both the kitchen and wood flooring were a little grubby, also there was sand in the bottom of the jacuzzi which made us question if the water was ok. The kitchen could benefit from extra mugs, although overall was very well stocked with everything needed. The on suite on the master bedroom looked lovely on first glance but is lacking a mirror over the sink unit and no surface space for personal toiletries, it would benefit from a shelf inside the shower and near the sink, it would then be more user friendly.

A light and spacious home that made for a really relaxing stay!

We had a fantastic stay as a family of four. The house was spacious, comfortable, and well thought-out. The beds were super comfy, and our teenagers especially loved the large garden and having their own separate den with a PlayStation and TV. Communication with the owners was excellent throughout – helpful and responsive. We loved the property and would highly recommend it to others!
