Cosy appart in calm neighborhood
The flat is well located, as the advertisement is saying "Jouy N1 RER C 500 m". The train station is accessible despite the current constructions around it and you can reach the center of Paris within an hour. The bus stop to Versailles is 200m away from the flat. You can park a car in the street which is free for all the day without a problem. During warm and sunny day, the garden in from of the studio is great and you can ask the owner to use a barbecue !
When I arrived the wifi didn't work, the tv display was red and the shower head flow rate is low. The flat is proper for 2 people but it's starting to be small for 3 people.

Kein zweites Mal !
Es riecht nach Feuchtigkeit in altem Gemäuer, da halfen auch die 3 Flaschen mit Duftöl nicht. Das Laken war für das grosse Bett zu klein, es hielt einfach nicht. Die Decke war Super...gross und lang. Das WC ist ohne Verrenkungen nur von Personen um 170 cm zu nutzen. Sehr klein und Verletzungsgefahr beim Aufstehen vom WC. Einfach schräg zur Tür ausrichten und ein Mensch von 190 cm kann gut Sitzen. Heizung ist vorhanden!
Echt schlecht war der Zugang ! Man musste am Seitentor an Abfalltonnen vorbei, Stufen ohne Halt oder Geländer und eingebrochen Dachabdeckungen. Es wäre auch einfacher gegangen. Ein echter Minuspunkt.
