Great choice for Lyon Part Dieu.

Great location near main train station, also tram and metro. Very clean and well presented. Very quiet at night with window open. Easy and responsive communication with owner

Très bonne adresse pour le quartier

- Situation géographique par rapport à ce que je recherchais. - Très propre et intérieur soigné. - Canapé très confortable pour s'asseoir dessus et lire. - Aucun vis-à-vis.

- Grande méfiance de la propriétaire qui exigeait l'envoi de ma carte d'identité par sms. Finalement après avoir vu sur Booking, il n'y a plus eu de problème. - Le fait d'aller chercher la clé à un autre endroit (avec des bagages et la nuit cela aurait pu être pénible).⁰ - Entrée dans la douche assez étroite. - Le matelas du lit pourrait être un peu plus dur.

la très belle salle de bain avec serviettes, produits de toilette et sèche cheveux. La cuisine est agréable et parfaitement outillée pour cuisiner des repas simples.

Al principio me sentí molesta por tener que recoger las llaves en un lugar distinto al apartamento, pero cierto es que está muy cerca.

Studio agréable, décoré avec goût. Salle de bain pratique et confortable.

Le seul détail à améliorer dans un séjour par ailleurs parfait est la qualité du matelas : trop mou.

Appartement très propre, bien équipé. Facilité de récupération des clés. Instructions très claires et grande disponibilité de la propriétaire.

Absence de parking (mais ça on le savait à l'avance). Possibilité toutefois de se garer dans la rue en bas de l'immeuble.

Emplacement central, studio agréable et propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Idéal pour un séjour en amoureux. Propriétaire très réactive.

Neu renoviertes und schön eingerichtetes Appartment 300 m vom Gare Part Dieu entfernt.

Die Schlüssel waren bei einem Supermarkt 600 m entfernt abzuholen. Davon war bei der Buchung keine Rede. Aufgrund der körperlichen Erschöpfung bei 8 Stunden paddeln auf der Rhone, war ich davon ziemlich genervt.

Bien mais pas chauffé !

Bien situé proche de Pardieu, propre, bon système pour récupérer la clé quand on le souhaite sans contrainte horaire. A l'air bien équipé niveau cuisine mais je ne m'en suis pas servie. Beaucoup d'oreillers.

Studio pas chauffé. La propriétaire trouve cela normal et estime que c'est à nous d'allumer le chauffage en arrivant. Quand vous arrivez à 22h30 il fait froid dans l'appartement. J'attends un autre niveau de confort quand je paye 136€ la nuit. Pas de rideau occultant à la fenêtre et le volet est très difficile à fermer. Serviette de bain petite (pas de drap de bain), pas de savon ou shampooing. Faut plus le voir comme un gîte qu'une chambre d'hôtel.
