A great find!

Really good transport links nearby and very close to the train station. The apartment was really quiet and had a little balcony where we enjoyaed our breakfast. Lovel comfy bed and nice decor.

I’d stay there again.

It is situated close to the Lyon’s main train station to make side trips. The room was big enough for 2 people and everything in the apartment was conveniently automated. The air conditioner was a big plus with hot weather we had. The staff were accommodating to our requests.

Only thing that bother me was the vents were full of dust. That can be easily cleaned by the cleaner.

Modern, comfortable, and excellently located studio

The studio is spacious, clean, modern, and in an exceptional location. It is right next to a tram stop, a metro station, a train station, as well as a large shopping center (Westfield La Part-Dieu). The balcony and the view of the city from the 14th floor are particularly impressive. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, especially considering the standards in France for this type of lodging.

People who are not very familiar with modern technologies might encounter certain difficulties (digital communication with the owner, doors with digital locks and codes, a very advanced lighting system, etc.). We had no issues at all — in fact, we found this way of managing the studio to be quite enjoyable.

Lovely views and decor - good for a couple!

Really amazing view from the balcony. Nice decor inside. The smart features and lighting is cool. It’s a very unique place, perfect for a couple. It’s also not far from the station. Coffee was really good!

Didn’t like that there wasn’t a real key for entry or a way to physically secure the door from inside (chain or bolt) it just didn’t make us feel safe. The sleeping solution for a 3rd person wasn’t good enough. It was a thin mattress on the floor which isn’t fair for the amount we paid and it wasn’t made up when we arrived.

A fantastic studio with every conceivable luxury. Super bed and pillows, good shower, extensive kitchen. Washing machine and dryer. Fast internet, TV with all possibilities. Excellent communication with the owner, he responded quickly and adequately. Conveniently located in relation to the train station and transport to the old center of Lyon.

extremely difficult to find…no street address readily apparent, nothing that looked like this was where it was…fortunately a resident of the building helped me locate the apartment

This was a very welcoming and different experience than your usual hotel-type choice.Recommendations

This level of tech 'everything-is-on-the-button' accommodation was a first for me, so in the beginning it took some adjusting to what button does what but it also created some funny situations :) All in all, I loved the feel of the apartment, I especially appreciated a terase on the flats' 14th floor and a 2in1 washer/dryer that came in pretty handy in sweaty summer days.

There's not much to say here, maybe the only thing that i found lacking was that there was no ironing board that would make the job soo much easier than having to iron on the bed, and a better iron would be helpful as well.

My wife and I travel a lot in France and no doubts this is the best place we have stayed in France.

My wife and I liked Jean's attention, fast communication and politness. We also loved the decoration of the flat, location, the lovely and comfy mattress, the big flat screen, the choices of lights in the flat. Absolutely everything!

C'était un super moment !

C'est proche de la gare, et toutes les informations reçues à l'avance étaient précises et faciles à comprendre. Les installations sont bien équipées, et j'ai été très satisfait des vues à couper le souffle, différentes chaque jour pendant mon séjour de trois jours. J'appréhendais d'entrer dans la chambre, mais le système était on ne peut plus sûr et simple. Merci pour ces trois jours merveilleux !

Andet ophold her og stadig super!

Dette var vores andet ophold i lejligheden, og vi var lige så tilfredse denne gang som første gang. Udsigten fra 14. sal er fantastisk især om aftenen, når man kan se den oplyste by. Det kan dog godt suge lidt i maven, når man kigger ned. Indretningen af lejligheden er meget smagfuld og betjening af lyset er et studie for sig. Vi rejste med tog, og stationen ligger lige i nærheden. Det er desuden nemt at komme til centrum med bus. Der er alle handelsfaciliteter lige neden for.

Sou alérgica a pó e em todos os espelhos de tomada, vaso sanitário, objetos de decoração e luminárias estava repleto de pó. Tomei anti-alérgico todos os dias. A máquina de Nespresso estava entupida e a água não saía. As toalhas estavam com cheiro de “guardado”….

Joli appartement près de la gare Part Dieu et du centre commercial

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement. Très agréable pour les yeux, il est aussi très confortable, très propre, cosi, silencieux, et très bien agencé. Le balcon avec la vue sur la ville et le lever du soleil le matin est aussi un atout non négligeable. Je n'ai rien de négatif à déclarer, je recommande vivement ce logement.

Alojamiento extra para dos en Lyon

El estudio tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias en Lyon. Está situado algo alejado del centro histórico, pero tiene un autobús y un tramvia a menos de un minuto andando que te lleva al centro en diez minutos. Está muy cerca de la estación de tren más importante de la ciudad y tiene comercios y tiendas alrededor. La vista desde la terraza (piso 14) es espectacular sencillamente. El apartamento está decorado con muy buen gusto y tiene una cama comodisima. Estaba todo muy limpio y, aunque la cocina es muy pequeña, se puede cocinar perfectamente porque está muy bien pensada. Dispone de párquing en la propia finca, en un box cerrado. Nosotros dejamos el coche seguro y nos movimos todos los dias en transporte público. Repetiremos sin duda.

Nos gustó todo. El anfitrión es muy amable y nos envió toda clase de explicaciones para llegar y entrar en el apartamento. La seguridad es importante y el apartamento es muy seguro. No hay llaves para las puertas y todo funciona con mando a distancia y claves numéricas. En cuanto te lo explican, todo muy fácil. No es una pega, solo avisar que se trata de un apartamento muy pequeño, con un espacio dormitorio-estar-mesa para comer-trabajar y una cocina también pequeña ducha y inodoro. Para una pareja y pocos dias, perfecto.
