Perfectly appointed apartment for a short stay. Very good communication made everything easy.

Great location. Very handy to the train station, the Westfield shopping mall and trams across the road which can take you to the old town. Good views as apartment is high up and surrounding buildings seemed limted to about 5 storeys so you look over them out to the distance. Modern apartment with good appliances, equiped ktichen with some minor wear and tear on the sink. Note limited space in kitchen but good for short stays. Washing machine. WIndow roll down covers to add to sun protection along with double glazing. Large TV. Good bed. Would stay again.

The only drawback was the unit does not have a full solid petition between apartments so cigarette smoke and tenant noise can be an issue as we found on the first night of our stay and got very little sleep. So we had noise from one unit beside us and one unit under us. Both apartments were quiet for the remainder of our stay so we assumed these other apartments had lousy selfish short term tenants. Two suggestions. 1) for the owner to speak with the body corporate about methods to curtail such bad behaviour and 2) replace the deck chairs in the lounge area as they are very hard to get out of so, we did not use them.

For the elderly not walkable to tourist sites. Not much in the neighborhood
