Wonderful property in an amazing location.
If you are a fan of medieval towns, then locations don’t get any better than this. On a narrow quiet street surrounded by amazing buildings from several centuries ago. Truly felt like I was staying on a movie set. Easy walking distance from many restaurants and cafes. Fully equipped kitchen with laundry. Always felt safe no matter the time of night. The parking was about a 3-4 minute walk but it was in front of the police station, open 24 hours and was free. That’s a price I’d gladly pay to keep the traffic in the neighborhood to a minimum. Host was amazing, even with a language barrier! One of the most enjoyable stays I can recall having over the past decade of travel. On a very short list of places I can’t wait to visit again.

Everything was perfect
The apartment was very near to the center of Gubbio and next to the Teatro Comunale Luca Ronconi that was of our interest. The housekeeper was very polite and helpful. She gave us all the indications that we needed. This apartment was traditional of this place in two floors. It was a 5 minutes walk from the free parking of the city and all the restaurants. Our stay proceeded smoothly and this short trip to Gubbio will remain memorable. When we will visit again this very beautiful city for sure we will choose her again.

L’accoglienza eccezionale, in casa abbiamo trovato tutto quello che serviva per una vacanza con la famiglia. La posizione ottima, centrale e vicina al parcheggio . Se torniamo a Gubbio sicuramente sceglieremo di nuovo questa struttura .

Anche se siamo stati soltanto una notte ci siamo trovati benissimo!
La struttura è in centro,nel bellissimo quartiere di S. Martino; l’appartamento è molto bello e spazioso, molto curato e pulito. La proprietaria è stata fin da subito gentilissima e disponibile,dandoci consigli per la visita della città e sui vari ristoranti. Consiglierei assolutamente questo appartamento.

La struttura é molto accogliente , pulita , nel cuore del centro storico di Gubbio ma facilmente raggiungibile , i proprietari delle persone disponibilissime e molto simpatiche, il parcheggio è molto vicino quindi facilmente raggiungibile. Ti sembra sin da subito di essere a casa. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo

Accolte dai proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, anche quando ci siamo trovate in difficoltà con la nostra auto , si sono preoccupati affinché risolvessimo il problema.La casa si trova nel centro storico. Ci siamo ritrovate all'interno del presepe di Gubbio. Davvero suggestivo. In casa non manca nulla. Letti comodissimi!
