Nice apartment; disappointing breakfast.

Comfy updated studio apartment in a great location of the Centro Storico. The apartment is quite spacious with a comfy sofa, large dining table and a full kitchen.

There are no electrical outlets near the bed which means you cannot have your phone charging overnight and easily accessible from the bed for the alarm or emergency phone calls. Breakfast is pre-packaged pastries (see photo); juices, milk, and coffee maker are also provided. We skipped breakfast in the room and went to a local bar (highly recommend Bar Jolly) for fresh brioche and cappuccino every morning. If you have the option to pay extra for the breakfast, book without the extra breakfast charge.

Very comfortable and convenient without heavy luggage

The breakfast was not what we expected, compared to other B&B options for the same price. It was simply a couple of biscuits/cookies and coffee. As for the rest, the host was very friendly (only met him by telephone) and helpful.

I would let guests know beforehand that the parking is far from the lodging and it is not that easy to reach with luggage over steep cobblestone streets. Other than that, wonderful.

Mami house is a very quaint one-room home located a five minute walk from the Piazza Grande and that the area has to offer.There is a free parking garage located about 200 yards from the property. Breakfast was simple continental and more than adequate to fuel a day of walking the streets of Gubbio.

Amazing place in the middle of Gubbio

Location was great and the loft was amazing. Host was very helpful and it makes the check in process very easy.

Superb

The room was very beautiful and well decorated. Very comfortable bed and the location was very good as well. Even though we arrived late (due to unplanned motorcycle stops)we had no problem contacting our host.

The room seemed a little humid and we detected a super faint smell on the towels, probably due to moisture. The breakfast also could have been better. Still (given the price) the price we are extremely happy with it.

Casa molto bella, pulita e ben curata, posizione perfetta per chi vuole visitare il centro storico di Gubbio. Inoltre molto disponibili ad accogliere una bambina e un cagnolino non presenti nella prenotazione.

Arrivati alle 18:30 con una bambina di 18 mesi e un cagnolino , abbiamo inserito il codice nel self check in ma non erano presenti le chiavi, ho subito contattato il proprietario della struttura ma senza ricevere alcuna risposta, si è palesato alle 19:20 con le chiavi. Inutile dire che eravamo tutti bagni fradici dalla pioggia, anche la bambina di 18 mesi.

Ottimo appartamento

Pulizia dell'appartamento, letti comodi, tavolo della cucina ampio, elettrodomestici adeguati, bagno funzionale, riscaldamento adeguato, appartamento centrale ma ma non troppo e quindi silenzioso poiché lontano dalla folla turistica. Parcheggio consigliato dalla struttura, fuori dalla ZTL ma molto vicino a.piedi e con bagagli.

La strutture è molto accogliente e arredata benissimo, non manca nulla delle brioches al caffè per fare colazione all’acqua in frigorifero insomma c’è tutto per stare bene. Questo mini appartamento ha un fascino di altri tempi siamo stati molto bene.

Posizione centralissima. Grande e bellissimo monolocale in pietra con due divano-letti, camino , tavolata con panche, cucina completa di tutto, caffettiera espresso, latte , marmellata e fette biscottate, merendine. Bel bagno con finestra lontano dalla zona notte. Host pronto e disponibile.

Tolle Und urgemütliche Wohnung im Herzen von Gubbio

Eine wirklich außergewöhnliche und tolle Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt. Es gab nix zu meckern. Sehr zentrale Lage. Kostenloser Parkplatz in einem Parkhaus ganz in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war für eine Durchreise und eine Nacht eigentlich viel zu Schade. Den Vermieter haben wir weder gesehen noch gehört, dennoch hat alles super geklappt und die Kommunikation über Booking.com war einwandfrei.
