Great location, clean and comfortable

The apartment is on the 1st floor of the building so a few steps to walk up. The property was very carefully and tastefully designed. The photos were a little deceiving as it seemed a lot bigger on the website but it's ideal for a couple. There are 2 windows which open into a small street so no views of Gubbio but the main entrance is right next to the Carmignano stream which flows through the town.There are plenty of places to store your belongings and we found everything we needed. The apartment was lovely and warm on arrival and for those chillier nights there were plenty of extra blankets. The bathroom is ensuite and soap, shower gel and toilet paper were provided along with towels. There is also a hairdryer in one of the bedside tables. Free wifi and a flat screen tv which rotates so that you watch tv from the comfort of the bed. There is also a coffee machine, coffee pods, kettle, tea bags, plastic cups and a mini fridge. (Sugar and milk are not provided just in case you need them) Very central location, near to all the monuments, bars and restaurants and only 5 minutes on foot to nearest car park and free bus which passes every 15 minutes. Didn't get to meet Lorenzo but he kept in touch to make sure everything went well. Overall we were extremely happy and would definitely recommend. Hopefully we'll return in the future.😊

Can't really fault anything. Maybe the price was slightly higher than other places but I was happy to pay that little bit extra for such lovely place and location.

Mi sono innamorata di questa struttura semplicemente stupenda, super confortevole situata vicino ad ogni servizio bar , ristoranti ecc e luoghi storici da visitare , la sua posizione pur rimanendo centrale e’ situate sulle rive del torrente Carmignano , sembra un paesaggio fuori dal tempo

L’appartamento é bellissimo: arredato con gusto e curato in ogni dettaglio. Gli spazio é ampio e accogliente, la pulizia eccellente e tutto é esattamente come nelle foto. La posizione é comoda in quanto centrale e ideale per soggiornare in tranquillità. Il proprietario é stato gentile e sempre disponibile. Un posto dove tornerei senza alcun dubbio!

La struttura si trova in posizione centralissima, comoda a tutti i servizi ed ai lunghi di interesse. Stanza dotata di ogni comfort, finemente arredata con dettagli di restauro che riportano al passato e soprattutto molto pulita. Un particolare plauso all’host, Lorenzo, per la precisione nelle indicazioni ma soprattutto per la disponibilità nell’accogliere e soddisfare le nostre esigenze! Ci torneremo sicuramente

De handdouche was stuk, de douche was niet waterdicht afgewerkt waardoor er na het douchen wel wat water op de vloer stond

Locali restaurati recentemente e con tocco moderno. Posizione molto comoda al centro, in posto silenzioso, con parcheggi di fronte (se si entra con ZTL non attiva) A disposizione una macchina per il caffè con alcune cialde e un bollitore con alcune tisane. C'è anche un piccolo frigorifero.

Doccia, le porte non si chiudevano, il soffione è enorme rispetto al box, quindi sei costretto a chiudere l'acqua per lavarti. Manca un supporto in doccia per poggiare il sapone. La finestra del bagno non è regolabile o tutta aperta o tutta chiusa, ma se la lascia aperta di fronte c'è la finestra di un vicino.
