Comfortable modern home close to Gubbio centre
A clean and comfortable modern home situated just 10 minutes walk to Gubbio centre and 6 minutes walk from the local coop supermarket. Excellent car parking next to the property

Tutto, dalla posizione della casa vicina allo stadio ed al centro storico, la casa è bellissima e spaziosa ed è dotata di tutti i confort, ho conosciuto Patrizia che è stata molto gentile e disponibile per darci tutte le informazioni possibili che ringrazio ed il Capitano del Gubbio Giacometti con questo ho detto tutto.
Non c'è niente da migliorare in quanto è tutto al massimo possibile.

La casa è molto accogliente, pulita e molto vicina al centro di Gubbio raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Durante le festività natalizie è possibile ammirare l'accensione dell'albero più grande del mondo direttamente dal giardino di casa. Patrizia è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Noi eravamo solo in due ma la casa avendo due camere da letto e due bagni è perfetta per una famiglia o per 4 adulti. Ingresso indipendente e possibilità di parcheggio accanto alla casa.

Casa molto accogliente, nuovissima in tutto, arredata con gusto e dotata di tutti i confort. La posizione è eccellente ubicata a pochi metri dall'uscita della provinciale e a pochi passi dal centro storico.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.
Die Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren super. Die Kommunikation mit dem privaten Vermieter hat sehr gut geklappt. Man konnte das Auto direkt kostenfrei vor dem Haus parken. Die Unterkunft befindet sich sehr nah an der Altstadt von Gubbio zu Fuß circa 10 Minuten. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

La casa è carina, spaziosa e in una ottima posizione per lasciare la macchina e raggiungere il centro di Gubbio a piedi, inoltre per chi ha il cane il parco del teatro romano dietro casa è bellissimo.
