Great location near to the city centre. Lovely, comfortable, immaculately clean rooms with every convenience. Extensive, in house, breakfast choices. Affable, informative host.

Gino was super attentive. he went above and beyond of what any host would do. he even drove to the bus station to give us patches of the Voa do Francesco for our backpacks. when we told him we did not get our pilgrim’s card stamped. he took our cards, hot them stamped and brought back to us. simply a fantastic person. so much food for breakfast. amazing.

I would totally recommend it to anyone!!!

The fridge was full of goodies for breakfast upon our arrival. The appartment is in the center of the old town and totally equipped with everything we ever needed during our whole stay. Gino and Daniela were very kind and helpful, waiting for us upon arrival and always kept us updated about all the events happening in the town and gave us recommendations about the restaurants. Centrally located, well-stocked apartment

The room was cozy and well-stocked. It is centrally located in the Old Town, so parking is tricky, but the host was happy to help with this. Breakfast is an assortment of brioche, fruit, yogurts, and milk with a stocked fridge. They went above and beyond to accommodate us with dairy-free, plant-based options & there was coffee/tea/water available.

We couldn't figure out how to turn on the vent for the bathroom & did not find extra bedding for the pull-out couch. I was traveling with my friend, so I shared my extra pillows with her & I think she found a cover somewhere. Perhaps it's necessary to let them know in advance if you want to use the extra/separate beds? We were able to make due and were very comfortable.

Great host. Very central apartment in Gubbio.

GINO was fantastic. He met us at a pre-agreed location for us to leave our car and transported us to the apartment. This is as close to the centre as you can probably get. The apartment was good and had everything you could need. GINO went above and beyond. He messaged us in the evening asking if we wanted to go and see the famous Christmas Tree by car. It was very thoughtful indeed. He picked us up and took us to the best places to see it and gave us a tour round. He recommended a good pizzeria and other places to see too. The breakfast was packaged muffins and croissants, yogurt etc that was left in the apartment. You could help yourself to these and the drinks in the fridge and you could make coffee and tea. Some breakfast cereals would be good if we were to be picky

The only thing we would have liked was a TV in the bedroom area but that is a minor thing really.

Gino was a great host. The apartment is centrally located in Gubbio. Excellent restaurants and sites to explore. Gino offered plenty of coffee, water, wine, yogurt, fruit, cookies, etc.

Exceptional

This is the best place we have stayed. I asked the owner for restaurant recommendations since my husband's birthday was on the day we arrived and he told that he could do the booking for us. We got a birthday surprise when we arrived and in the restaurant the waitress gave us a special dessert. Besides all this, Gino did excellent job at giving us recommendations around Gubbio and even helped us to find a safe place for parking. We will for sure come again, the apartment is beautiful and the owner is very kind.

Gino's house is the best

It was a dream to stay at Gino's house. No wonder is an award winning apartment. Gino was very helpful and easy to reach right after the booking. He recommended a free parking area(200m from our apartment), came to pick us up with a car, showed some of the sights along the way, he offered all sorts of goodies for breakfast and the apartman is very thoughtfully equipped. It is a very beautyful very old house from the middle ages on the main street. It was very clean too! I hope to be back some day.

Where to start... 1) Amazing location right in the town center, 2) Beautiful and spacious house, 3) Literally everything is provided to cook as well as food for breakfast (eggs, yoghurt,... even Aperol!!), 4) Gino provided us a warm welcome and goodbye. Highly recommended overall!

Lovely Apartment in Great Location.

Perfect Location, close to everything. Shops, Cafes and restaurants only a short walk. The apartment has a lovely kitchen, fully equipped with all your needs and Gino has a well stocked fridge that has all items included in the price. Gino is a lovely host and Gubbio is a great little town. Would love to stay again.

Una bella serata e un felice risveglio a Gubbio

Gino si è dimostrato un ottimo padrone di casa, ci siamo sentiti accolti ed è come se ci conoscessimo da tanto tempo. La posizione dell’appartamento è in pieno centro storico, abbiamo lasciato la macchina in un grande parcheggio alle porte di Gubbio e poi Gino è venuto a prenderci in auto e ci ha accompagnato alla struttura.

Struttura posizionata in pieno centro storico, dove ci si può muovere tranquillamente a piedi. L’appartamento é un vero gioiello, curato nei minimi dettagli con stile ed eleganza. All’interno non manca niente, c’è veramente di tutto e di più per qualsiasi evenienza, dettagli che nemmeno un hotel sa dare: dagli adattatori per le prese, ai caricabatterie, prodotti sanitari e di igiene, occhiali da lettera, cucina attrezzata per chi volesse cucinare, ferro da stiro, ombrelli etc etc. La disponibilità, simpatia e gentilezza di Gino è unica: ti viene a prendere per portarti in struttura essendo una zona ztl per aiutarti coi bagagli, ti invia informazioni su cosa visitare, dove bere e mangiare ed inoltre un massaggio per sapere come sta andando il soggiorno se ci sono richieste o problematiche da segnalare. Dovete andare da Gino’s house se volete star bene!!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Gino House e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con una gentilezza autentica e un’attenzione rara: si percepisce subito la cura e l’amore con cui viene gestito questo posto. L’appartamento era impeccabile — pulitissimo, profumato e curato nei minimi dettagli, con tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi davvero a casa. L’atmosfera è calda e accogliente, ogni angolo trasmette armonia e serenità. Un soggiorno perfetto che ci ha lasciato un ricordo bellissimo e la voglia di tornare al più presto.
