Convenient location, that felt pretty safe.

The layout of the apt was very nice. I was walkable to the falls.

I found hair, nail clippings and sales receipts from previous visitor in the bedroom. The sheets had stains and the comforter was pilled. In the bathroom there was used shampoo and body wash for men. Made me wonder if the apt had been cleaned.

I know the neighborhood is beyond your control, but it is a deal breaker for us ever returning.

The apartment itself was clean and nicely decorated. I would recommend shortening the curtains in front of both AC units. The choice was having the curtains be sucked into the units or having them open so people could see in.

The stairs are very steep and narrow making it difficult to manage luggage, but the neighborhood was totally unacceptable. Many of the surrounding properties are vacant. We had to walk past a home four doors down that had two large Rottweiler dogs that charged at us each time we passed and we had to walk past homeless people sleeping in the doorway of the first property on Niagara Ave. We did not feel safe at all.

Nice little apartment, bad neighborhood

The apartment itself was nice. Just as pictured. Very neat and clean. The neighborhood is very run down and somewhat frightening at times.

The location is horrible. Very run-down neighborhood. The house next door was being renovated, and the crew working were making a horrible mess. The walkway to the apartment along the side of the house was littered with debris and very unsafe. We were friendly to the workers when they spoke to us. One in particular tried to bait us into a confrontational conversation. It made us very uncomfortable. Enough that we decided to leave a day early. The apartment had some drawbacks. The couch in the living room was extremely uncomfortable. Could not relax there for long. There is no separate lighting other than the extremely bright pocket lights in the ceiling. While very nice, there was no way to turn them down to make them less intense. The bathroom is very small but manageable. We were asked to strip the bedding before leaving, which I found to be a little annoying since we were required to pay $100 cleaning fee.

Bad neighborhood, place was clean except bed! 🤮 Very sparsely furnished.

The apartment was very clean. Convenient to walk to the falls aside from the homeless and abandoned buildings.

This location is in a bad area! There are several condemned and abandoned homes in this whole area. I think houses in the neighborhood are being fixed up but it’s years away from being safe. I worried sick about my car being vandalized! The poverty level in Niagara Falls is 25%, national avg=12%! Fortunately nothing happened to us but it’s pure luck that it didn’t! We thought the place was clean until we pulled the bedding!! 🤮 no pillow protectors, no waterproof mattress pads and the bed has stains all over it! I would have checked out immediately and demanded a refund had I known this! I usually pull sheets back to look at the bed but I was tired. The apartment is very sparsely furnished. No place to set suitcases, no bench, just a bed & 2 nightstands and no lamps in the entire place. Only 2 hooks in bathroom, very few towels & washcloths and no hand towels so you use a bath towels to dry hands. They could make this nicer but it won’t change the neighborhood. Stay in a neighboring community NOT Niagara Falls!

Komunikacja z właścicielem super. Mieszkanie fajne. Lokalizacja też mi odpowiadała.

Byliśmy w 3 osoby więc jedna musiała spać w salonie na sofie, która nie była wygodna. W łazience przydałaby się wentylacja. Faktycznie przypadły by się jakieś lampki żeby nie korzystać tylko z górnego światła.
