THE PROPERTY ITSELF WAS BEAUTIFUL

The property itself was beautiful and the host was very quick to take care of our need but the area it's in is horrible there was drug addicts camped out in back of the property and the house on the side of the property is uncared for trash all over the place big dog that ran up to the fence and the person didn't have control over the dog and it was people using the side entrance of the property which made it hard to relax and the parking was ridiculous also trying to figure out which side of the street to park on It is a very scary neighborhood like when we arrived it was like yikes are we at the right address 😳😳😳😳and to see all the activity happening around the property DRUGS ADDICTS TRASH PEOPLE LURKING AROUND YOUR VEHICLE But like I said the property itself is BEAUTIFUL BUT ITS LIKE STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK It has a nice back yard but you couldn't get in it because of the homeless and drug camp set up in the back of the property

Not Worth the Price

The biggest advantage of this place is its location—just a 3-minute drive from Niagara Falls, which is very convenient. The house can accommodate 5 or more people; we had 5 and fit comfortably.

The price does not match the quality, even with the proximity to the Falls. We paid $450 for one night during Memorial Weekend, which was not worth it. The area felt unsafe—boarded-up buildings, no decent food places nearby, and we were approached by strangers twice. Walking was not an option, especially with a child. The house is old and poorly maintained, with no bathroom on the first floor and only one mirror upstairs. Fixtures and countertops were too high to comfortably use. Kitchenware was mismatched and insufficient. The living room seated only 4, though the house is for larger groups. There were loud neighbors on the right who woke us up at 5 AM with yelling, and a large dog next door on the left that barked aggressively at people—my son got scared. On top of that, the host left a long list of cleaning instructions, including washing dishes and stripping the beds, which seemed unreasonable for such a high nightly rate. The listing photos do not reflect the actual condition. This stay was a major letdown and negatively impacted our trip.

Someone had tried to beak into the house and the main lock (main entrance) wasn't properly fixed. The neighbourhood is rather rough. Please see other reviews as well regarding the environment.

Location is a big problem here. Most of the houses in the neighborhood are abandoned. So neighborhood is not safe at all. We had to move to another place to sleep at the last minute. Not acceptable to have such a dangerous location available for families on Booking.com.

The facilities are nice! They have a whole set of cooking tools and pretty much everything you need. Also it is just nice to have a whole house.

The location is slightly far away from the city center, though it is only a 15min walk. But since I don't have a car, it is just annoying to walk that route several times a day. Also, I could not find a hair dryer. And the staff appeared a little impatient.

Very close to the American Falls (3 mins by car or 12 minutes if you decide to walk). The host was super nice, and took care of all of our requests.

The location is very close to the falls. The property makes all of us very satisfied. It's clean, cute, and has everything that we would like to have and even more. Besides, the host is very approachable and flexible. The best place on booking.com that I've ever stayed.

Great place to stay! Safe and clean!

The location is very convenient to all attractions and restaurants. Host is very responsive with all our questions like asking any recommended restaurant to eat. All in all, we had a great time during our stay here! And in fact, we highly recommend this place!

The inside of the property was nicely remodeled.

The surrounding neighborhood was not what was expected. Felt uneasy staying in the property next to a house that was boarded up with the phrase trap house on it. Air conditioning vents smelt moldy and musty. Only one TV in the entire house.

En mi grupo son personas muy adultas y hay gente en silla de ruedas y dificultades para la marcha y no se pueden mover con facilidad lo cual este alojamiento no especifica que no tiene condiciones para personas con movilidad reducida Lo cual nos obliga a cancelar y tener que buscar algo de emergencia para 10 personas

El sitio a su alrededor no es muy seguro asimismo el ingreso a la vivienda no es fácil para personas mayores Pero el personal atento dio soluciones que se ajustaron
