Very close to everything! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The house was clean and as pictured. It was a little small, but it served the purpose for what we were using it for. The surrounding area is a little ran down and was abandoned but the area felt safe. I would recommend the property as it was priced well.

In the photos it looks a bit more modern than what it really is. I appreciate the nice flooring and everything is painted but it still has a rundown feel to it.The beds are advertised as queen size but we believe they were full. They were too small and one of my kids ended up sleeping on the sofa as they could not share a full bed with their sibling. My husband and I also do not fit in a full bed so luckily I had brought along one air mattress that he ended up on. If there would’ve been two queen sized beds we would’ve been fine for me, my husband and our two kids.The pans in the kitchen are all scratched up so if you plan on cooking you should bring along your own pans.I do appreciate the owners are trying to make this property look nice but we felt that it looked a little cheap, like the table and chairs were just a folding table and folding chairs.The owner was very responsive to messages and having our own parking space was nice as well.
