The Rain-Beau house is located walking distance(15min) from the astonishing Niagara Falls and an even closer walk to everything else that the US side has to offer. From hiking the Gorge trails , visiting the aquarium, jumping on the Maid Of The Mist boat and even taking a helicopter ride :) Get ready to explore!!!

4 miles from N. F. state Park. Neighborhood was a little scary. Was expecting a full size refrigerator, I don’t know if it was enclosed or not. Kitchen missing a couple of items. Nice color scheme. Owner easy to reach and fast to reply.

Clean and private! Centrally located and minutes away to almost anything you want to do on the US side or Canadian side of the falls. We had a great stay here! This place is fully stocked and the kitchen has everything you need if you like to cook in, like we did. Thank you Erick and Kendra for all your suggestions, they were so spot on! The Niagara Gorge Trail System right across the street is something everyone should check out. Not to mention the Niagara Falls Aquarium is just up the street. This is the perfect spot to come back to after exploring everything Niagara Falls has to offer!

Great place, very clean and well appointed. Loved that we didn’t need to drive at all except to target once. Area gets a little dicey in one direction but we felt safe overall. The fridge situation is a little odd but thanks to previous reviews we were prepared. The cabinets are also very high up and I’m already short but there was a step stool so it was fine. #Shortpeopleproblems

The house is comfortable and less than 1 mile walk to the park. The perfect location to see Niagara Falls and see both the US and Canada views. The house is well maintained and clean. Check in and out we’re seamless. The fridge/freezer is not full size but it’s perfect if you’re not shopping and staying a long time. There aren’t a lot of restaurants within walking distance on the US side but if you drive about 10-15min you’re close to Target, Walmart, and a bunch of restaurant options.

We visited this property and the beautiful Niagara Falls for our honeymoon! The home is exactly what we expected from the listing, and it was so centrally located which made seeing the sights that much more convenient. We are already beginning to think about when we can come back!

We were in town to see our daughter play softball in Bufallo. Got there a day early to go to the falls. We couldn't be closer. This place is only 5 minutes from entrance to the park. This townhouse looks exactly like the pictures. The kitchen has every thing you need if you want to cook while you are there. We didnt. It was the perfect size for our family.

There were four adults in our party and the house was just the right size. The neighborhood is a bit mixed but the house is on a Main Street and easy to walk from and get to every place centrally. The house had plenty of towels, was very clean, and had all the basics you would expect for a stay. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Would stay here again if we return to the area.

This house was perfect for me my husband, and 16 year old twins. The house is located across the street from the end of the park. We was able to walk to the water falls in 10-20 minutes. There's a free shuttle bus that takes you to the park as well. The house is small but comfortable enough to accommodate 4-6 people. The 2 bed rooms and bathroom are a nice size. The house was clean and it was well stocked. The only thing I didn't like was it had a mini fridge in the kitchen because the kitchen is small. They had a small full refrigerator in the basement. Other than that I will definitely book again in the future.

This property is positioned right off the Niagara Rim Trail and is only a 5 minute walk from the aquarium and 20 minutes to the Maid of the Mist and edge of the falls. We were able to park the car on arrival and explore the falls and downtown without ever having to drive anywhere. Great place to stay.

This is a very cute property. Very neat and tidy and clean. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels in the kitchen had plenty of pots and pans if you wanted to cook your own meal. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy but it was nice and quiet even though it was on a busy street. One of the best things is the location. You can walk to almost everything in the Falls area and there are great walking paths and trails right across the street along the Niagara gorge. Beautiful scenery. The owners were very quick to respond to my questions and were very friendly and offered suggestions of places to go and things to do and restaurants. I would recommend this property for a small family or small group as it only has two bedrooms and one bath one couch in the living room that I think makes into a bed.

This property was a great location. It was clean and well maintained. I would recommend to some people but not all. A few things to note is that is is a townhouse. Therefore, it is 3 levels. Main level is the living room and kitchen/dining area, basement is where the washer and dryer are and the upstairs is where both bedrooms and the bathroom are. This property is not appropriate if you have ANY issues with stairs. Even being a townhome I rarely heard any noise from next door so that was nice.

What a wonderful first time experience for us. This property was perfect for us. Erick and Kendra were very warm and friendly in all of our communications prior to officially booking. Kendra answered my questions and even made sure It would be a good fit for us since we were traveling with my 84yo mother. We felt so welcomed. The house is beautifully and tastefully decorated and exactly as pictured. We are already talking about a return trip for a longer stay. Thank you guys for helping my family check off our moms last bucket list trip.

This was our primary stay for our trip. When we first walked in we were overcome with the most comfortable feeling. It felt like we were already familiar with the house. The setup and cleanliness of the house was top notch. We especially loved the convenience of this location, it is within walking distance from the aquarium and the falls which of course was absolutely breathtaking. It is also close to many restaurants and stores including Steak Stone and Sushi bar and Wegmans which was really nice. My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here but we do have a few suggestions; some of the sheets a few red stains on them and the bed in the room facing the stairs is really creaky so that every little move that is made is quite noisy. Other than those minor issues everything else was far above our expectations. When we come back to the Niagara Falls area we will definitely have to book this place again. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay at your charming and quaint house.
