I liked the amount of space everyone was able to have. The host was very quick with responses and was very kind to us leading up to the trip!

There were a few things off putting with the property. Firstly we discovered on our first night that every time someone showered it would set off ALL 3 fire alarms which was very frustrating. Taking the batteries out didn’t help either and it was 4 of us. Just imagine 3 alarms going off back to back every time someone showered. Another thing was the last couple nights the house smelled of sewage we have no idea how that happened. We returned from our evening dinner and just smelled the sewage. Also, the house was basically infested with spiders. We killed at least 3-4 spiders in everyone room, a person from my group claims he was being bitten while he slept. Lastly, some children kept knocking on our door. We didn’t really trust the surrounding area so we ignored them when they would come but still a bit off putting

The neighborhood is a bit of an eye sore.beacuse abandon houses were across the street, which raised safety concerns for us.Upon entry we noticed an oderUpon inspecting the house,I found stained bedding.Lots of bugs on bathroom ceiling.dirty shower curtain. loose screw on shower head.stains on walls.broken ceiling fan.broken window lock.bugs in fridge.dirty dishes.broken furniture.broken figurine.cherry seeds in another tabletop figurine baseboard corner missing.some of the tops on outside hand rails were missing.Tree in back yard wasn't pruned back.therefore we couldn't enjoy the picnic table on the back porch.these photos are in the inside the house. Booking.com is my go to for all my travel needs.A good faith resolution would be a refund.

the internal place was maintained well but it did not meet our expectation.. we missed out the fact that the entire 4 bedroom villa has only 1 bath area..

the neighbourhood was not good. there were too many flys in the house..

Chair was broken I got hurt so reported problem but no responsive support. Also the left handrail to the front door was loose.

The house was very nice and clean...close to the falls and everything...would definitely rent again...price was very reasonable too..

Memorable experience!

Great place, clean, lots of space, homey feels

The beds were too hard, I woke up and my whole body aches so bad as well as my family’s too. The beds also needs more pillows and they need to put anti slippery mat on the shower tub because it was a bit dangerous and too slippery especially for older people. They also need to provide some more pots and pans, also maybe some cooking oil.

Beautiful House, Great Amenities, Unbelievable Price!

Amazing place to stay! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The door has a passcode lock, so no need to pick up keys or anything which was super convenient. Half an hour walk from the train station, 5 minute walk to shops downtown, 10 minute walk to the Falls. Perfect location for getting around without a car!

The neighborhood was a bit run down, not that there's much the host could do about that. There were maybe 3 derelict buildings on the street. There were lots of hornets and spiders outside (again, not really something the host can do much about).

Disappointing

It was clean. The neighbors were nice and helpful telling us everyone has problems getting in the door and we had to call.

Location, location, location. It was overpriced and disappointing. They charge extra, equating to 700 a night, for cleaning and basically ask you to pick it up yourself. The doors were sticky and did not close well. We could not get in at first with codes and had to wait in our vehicle for at least 30 minutes (we had to figure out a way to get in touch with owners and for them to call back with new codes). They had a front porch and new back deck without any furniture. The large TV was for streaming only. So, if you don’t have Netflix, Disney, Prime, etc. accounts you can’t watch anything. There was not a DVD player. If you have streaming accounts you have to sign in and remember to sign out.

Bezoekje met gezin aan Niagara Falls

Prima ruim huis voor ons gezin van 5 personen. Netjes en leuke inrichting. Goede locatie. Klein half uurtje lopen naar the Falls (parkeren bij de Falls $10 per dag) 2 nachten last minute geboekt, 1 dag naar de Falls Super markt Tops is kwartiertje lopen.

Er staat niks in huis van koffie/thee/peper/zout zoiets.. altijd fijn als er bv n flesje water ofzo staat bij aankomst.

La casa olía horrible cuando se encendía el aire acondicionados!!! Deben revisar los drenajes o si hay animales muertos en el sótano!
