Great for families but don’t recommend staying in winter, as it’s very cold in bedrooms and downstairs bathroom.

Location was perfect for casino and convention center.

Showers was warm, definitely not hot enough.downstairs bathroom and bedrooms were absolutely freezing, no heat to either. Basement door was unlocked and beside bathroom, almost fell down steps.

- The property itself was lovely and really spacious - the property was clean and the beds were comfortable

The location was not great, we had missed more recent reviews after booking. The neighbourhood was in a rough area and we were advised not to walk about at night and to avoid the local 7-11 shop as there had been recent mugging and shooting. On our first night a male was banging on the front door after 11pm and then tried the house next door. The neighbourhood is not very populated with lots of derelict homes. We did not feel safe for the 2 nights we stayed The locks on doors are not secure and can be easily opened by turning with your nail from the outside There were no complimentary tea or coffee items which would have been nice for arrival although I guess you could request these in advance The downstairs shower took ages to heat up and then only the centre part worked leaving what felt like a jet stream to shower in Overall it was great for the size and had plenty of space but the area let it down and we would not recommend to anyone to stay as we really didn’t feel safe and glad we only booked for 2 nights

The house is big. Easy to identify. Location closer to the niagara falls, probably 5 minutes drive. House was clean. Appears old home remodeled into vacation rentals. Check in, internet, accessibility is all good. They had kept ample towels to use. Parking on the roadside here is different but they had proper instructions related to it which made it easier for us.

Honestly, I would not stay here again. There are two baths which is great but the one at the 1st floor is really open. The toilet commode directly faces glass windows which is screened but there are three and does not feel safe or comfortable. Since the neighborhood is open I could see someone near it and was talking on phone. Definitely didn't feel comfortable using. The bath soaps/shampoos/bodywash is all in one. Just one bottle of this combination and nothing else. Felt little ghosted overall. My previous stay in a different location had some kitchen staples for us to use like sugar/salt , coffee/tea bags etc. No Staples here, expected atleast sugar and salt. One bath didn't have exhaust working. Overall I dont want to give less than 5 so giving 5.

Read carefully what you will get and what you will not.

Location is good. Communication is also good. Overall property is good for big group, but if you donot wish to cook. As there are limitations.

Many many small points which should be improved. 1. Pls. read carefully, you will get what is written, don't think that such kind of properties normally have, it doesnot apply here. 2. No Dishwasher, No Washing Machine, No Tea/Coffee/Oil/Salt etc. No body wash only shampoo. Pleasant surprise Mixer is available. 3. Capacity of 10 persons but cutlery is only for 4-5. 4. Furniture is very basic in rooms and bathrooms, nothing extra, like no place to hang anything in few rooms. 5. Microwave table is so weak that it gives a feeling that MW may fall down.

The house met our needs.

Plenty of bedrooms. Plenty of furniture in the living room.

Neighbors across the street were loud and played music every night. Curtains were thin and houses were close. I put towels over the curtain rod.

Nice place, cold shower

The location was good and the house was clean. It had been recently updated which was nice.

The shower situation was bad. There was very little water pressure and it was cold. The water never got very warm, not even warm to the touch. It was the coldest shower we have ever had.

I love e it 5 min from the Canada line.

The water did not have pressure, so it could not shower. The pipe under sink busts in the kitchen. The heat did not work down stairs and had to buy a heater.

Ottima posizione, a 15 minuti a piedi dalle cascate. Host molto attento e premuroso. Letti super confortevoli, asciugamani morbidissimi. Struttura molto grande e moderna, la cucina ben attrezzata. La struttura ha fornito anche prodotti per il bagno. Tornerei volentieri Grazie per la vostra ospitalità

Lo limpio y cómodo estuvo muy bien me gustó lo limpio y cómodo adentro

Está ubicado en un lugar muy peligroso , el parqueadero es muy limitado, párese un lugar de vandalismo , en la noche no dormimos porque afuera había como una fuerte discusión , pensamos que estaban con armas , fue aterrador , y no es seguro para tener la carros ahí , no es seguro , gracias que no pasó nada pero no dormimos seguros
