The park itself was great!

Caravan was awful!

Poor and disappointed with poor condition of caravan.

Location was ok

The caravan was in poor condition with mold. It was dirty ceiling lights hanging on with cellotape. Shower in poor condition. Overall very disappointed and worse caravan on sight. Will not be staying here ever again. One family member found alternative accommadion as could no longer tolerate staying there.

First and last...

I liked the location of the caravan in relation to the entrance and facilities. I liked the comfy double bed. The entertainment was brilliant, the entertainment park staff were really helpful.

The caravan could do with a good clean. There were items of footwear in a cupboard in the entrance area and the cutlery drawer and overhead cupboards were unclean, crumbs in the cutlery and glasses stuck to the shelf. 2 door shelves in the small undercount fridge were broken (which I reported asap) the main toilet leaked onto the floor and out through the hole leading outside. The shower head doesn't fit safely into the overhead holder and fell and hit my granddaughters numerous times over the stay while they used the appliance. In the end I just held the shower over them. Minimal utensils to use to cook with Although the cooker and microwave work perfectly.

maintenance of equipment insufficient

Good location of the camp site, near the sea.

A lot of equipment damaged: - the window of the parents bedroom cannot close properly (handles damaged) - only half gaz of the cooker working - lampshade falling from the ceiling - wifi too low to use Netflix, a good choice of DVDs but bad contact of HDMI plug so we could not watch a film - not enough seats to have dinner around the table for 5 people (I had to eat on my knees)

Location

Needs more tlc disappointed in shower as it was broken and cooker/hob was broken as well. Need a proper clean under the beds and seating area as it was a mess and dirty. Bedding didn’t smell clean.

Children happy with everything on site, didn’t want for anything so no moaning. Happy children, happy grandparents.

It had wi-fi. Plenty crockery, cutlery, pans. Everything we needed including beds made up, towels, t.towels and opposite football courts.

Single mattresses were uncomfortable could feel the springs.

Caravan not up to standard

Location Good, Children's facilities good for our children aged 5 and 7

Caravan very poor. When we arrived on entering the caravan the first thing we noticed were the broken door handle on the small bedroom. None of the internal doors would close properly. we had taken pizzas for tea but after looking in the oven for oven trays we found the trays very greasy and unclean, we had to wash them before they could be used, also the pots and plates in the cupboards also had to be washed before use. The frying pan need to go in the bin it was so bad. Got up the following morning to find the shower was not working, no hot water, we reported it to reception who sent out a maintenance person, when he arrived he told us he had only come to check the gas supply, after inspecting the shower he told us that the shower required a new mixer valve. While in the caravan we also explained that the toilet was leaking, he said that it needed tank connector and new outlet pipe. He said he would report it to reception but no one ever arrived. We did try to vacuum the carpet but found the battery would not hold a charge.
