Caravan is nice aesthetically and the location is good with Cayton bay beach just a short walk away. Great that it is dog friendly so we could bring our two little dogs with us. Host is really quick to communicate and helpful with sorting any issues.
The caravan looks clean on a surface level but it really needs a deep clean. There were stains all over the carpets, food under the sofas, dirty crockery and damp smell in the bedrooms. Microwave was broken but host was quick to resolve this and the maintenance team brought a new one.

The area is very central and there are some great facilities on site including a bar/restaurant, children's play areas, it's very close to the beach, there's a small shop too which was useful.
The caravan needs a really good deep clean. There was mouldy coffee in the coffee jar and the sugar jar must have been wet at some point as it has gone yellow and crystallised. There's a black mark which looks like something has burnt on the decking so we couldn't let the dogs on there. We were asked to strip the beds before we left and I wish we didn't bother, everything was stained. The area is lovely but the caravan needs some TLC.
