Nice site for people who prefer low key which I do.

Quiet site with nice holiday makers. Comfortable caravan and easy check in. Great communication prior to arrival. Fish and chip shop on site is a 10/10

Not a very well equipped van but had everything we needed. Found the staff unhelpful. We tried to go swimming but my son who is autistic and has learning disabilities couldn’t manage the acoustics in the pool area (it’s much smaller than it looks on pictures) Didn’t step foot in the pool and asked for a refund on the pool entry cost. Was sent to reception where the staff member went through the cctv to check we’d not actually been in the pool. Found that uncomfortable to be honest. I did ask if there were quieter times we could come instead of getting a refund but he wasn’t really interested in helping and by that point I’d had enough.

Was meant to be a Superior caravan, small inside Didn’t come with any toilet rolls or kitchen condiments ie washing up liquid dish cloth or tea towel. Having to pay extra for bedding and towels when already a decent price for caravan,

A lovely break away in a gorgeous caravan, beautiful site. What more could you want!

I liked that it was so modern in the caravan, clean and the site was so well kept. Quieter than nearby Haven in a very good way. Lovely little pool with slides, great fish and chips. We were so impressed. My parents are returning soon.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Close to Charlotte's restaurant, a lovely beach. Little gift shop. We had a couple of nights, we would love to stay for longer next time. Perfect stay for my dad's 60th.

Great experiance but needs more attention.

Swimming pool was great for kids with good slides, site was well laid out with good playground for the grandson.

Most of staff lacked personality, amusements needed change facilities or someone in attendance. The caravan needed better cleaning as the bathroom radiator was thick with dust and rusting.

Very poor Wi-Fi throughout the campsite. We were close to the reception and had no Wi-Fi . We had young children who use the Wi-Fi system as norm

Glorious countryside by the sea

Great location, very close to Filey and not very far from Scarborough. The static caravan was very well equipped, perfect for the whole family. The caravan park is lovely and we felt safe enough to let our children go around by themselves. Dog park was really nice, to let doggie off to run around by herself and meet some new friends.

No wifi, but this was weirdly good too - got the children off the devices.

Very good location, relaxing and quiet. The caravan is really very clean and well equipped.

There’s only one food point, the fish and chips shop which doesn’t open every day. However going to Filey or Scarborough for food wasn’t difficult.

Very very small for a superior caravan nothing like the photos shown. Informed owner night 1,was offered a new caravan night 2,but who wants to pack up the night before leaving and swap caravans??? (No discount or refund given) very basic,we took shopping before arriving but had to go back out for washing up liquid,cloths,toilet roll,cleaning stuff etc

I stay with my husband and son 10 years old.Im very very like caravan 4B it's very nice modern nice kitchen comfortable bed.nice staff kind in the swimming pool.nice area .kind people neighbour. I'm really like come back August deseim caravan . We happy stay here .

Very good

Really clean, comfy and in a really good location for Filey Town. We drove in for tea both nights, only a 10 minute drive. Nice quiet park for little evening strolls with the dogs. Used the swimming pool which we had to ourselves and it was nice and warm. The onsite fish and chips and shop weren't open for our couple of nights stay but plenty of shops not far.

There was no toilet roll on arrival or simple cleaning products, hand soap, washing up liquid or sponge. Would have been better to have known we needed to take our own toilet paper after a 2 1/2 hour drive there. Had to go straight back out to a shop (as on site closed) and get some. So make sure you pack a roll or 2!

Lovely stay

Caravan was very clean and modern with every utensil in the kitchen you could need. Pillows and quilt supplied appeared brand new. Onsite chipshop was very good and portions size very generous.

Cold

The property was cold and damp we paid 170 pound for 2 nights and could only stay one of the nights we had to purchase another property in a different location ! We arrived and the property was freezing cold we put the fire on and there was a little heater in one of the bedrooms we left both on whilst taking a walk come back and the temperature was still freezing I kindly asked the reception staff if they had any heaters to hire as previously that day we say another family with a heater and the receptionist was very rude with the Awnser he gave us !
