Well equipped, clean and comfortable property in a great location within a few mins walk to Filey centre and the beach. Small enclosed rear yard was a sun trap, nice to sit out with a cuppa. Lovely welcome goodies and very handy to have toiletries, washing up /dishwasher and laundry products provided.
Double yellow lines right outside the property but we took our chances for unloading the car on arrival and managed to get an unrestricted parking space just over the road. (Most areas looked to be time limited parking during weekdays.) It wasn’t an issue for us but stairs very step and narrow with no handrail so not ideal with toddlers or anyone unsteady on their feet/ with knee issues.

The owners left a few welcome items which was a nice touch and much appreciated. Comfy beds
Not really comfy enough wicker to sit outside in the small garden. The front door needs replacing old and cracked
