The location is perfect for Ferries and bus travel to Split. It is located very close to the sea front and tourist area. It is within a few minutes to the old town of Split and one of it's main attractions. There is a little supermarket next door if you wish to get snacks drinks. Room was large, clean, very comfy with good air-conditioning.
The stairwell to the property is a little off putting.

The location of the accommodation was excellent, close to both the main bus stop, city centre and local beach. Under the accommodation were shops and a bakery - this was very convenient for grabbing breakfast and lunch as we left each day. Direct contact with the owner via WhatsApp was useful. The facilities in the room included a fridge, kettle and air con. The built-in window shutters were very effective at blocking the light out. At the start of the break, the room and ensuite bathroom were spotlessly clean.
As we were there for 5 days, the tiled floor became very dirty and the bin full to over flowing. I originally thought the room included daily cleaning, which it didn't. A minimal mid- break clean would have been nice. As it was very hot, we were showering twice if not 3 times a day. The towels too became dirty. I did message for clean towels on the 3rd day which were delivered within a couple of hours of asking.

Location
Practically no one to assist you. No first-aid on property. There was a Japanese family who did not have whatsapp. They were struggling to communicate with the Manager to get access code. No empathy.
