The family is nice and helpful and gave us some recommendations. They offer transfer from the airport for a fair price. The rooms/apartments are well equipped. The location is very good, especially if you are travelling by train or ferry.
The sound from the trains are somewhat annoying but it’s ok for a couple of nights or if you have ear plugs.

Small but really clean and organized. The owners are very friendly and kind. The location is really good, not so far from the beach. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, bus station and also the port, really recommend

The family who look after the apartments are very nice and hospitable.
The apartments are in a rundown location with views of overflowing bins, parked cars and a train station. It is hard to pull your suitcase along as the path has uneven road and no allocated path. The room itself is very small, it is clean but very old. No toiletries in bathroom and hot water went very quickly so one of us couldn't have a shower in the morning which is a basic necessity. For 110 euro I expected more. We were only staying overnight in split so I wanted something close to bus station but it was not good.
