Great stay and extremely convenient location

The room and corridor is clean and tidy, check-in is self-managed but very efficient, excellent value for money. Very convenient location where you can get everything you need in a very short walking distance, also just a stone throw from the old town.

There is a bit of noise from the fan operations or something just outside of the windows.

Great stay near the old town

The location is really excellent, 5min walk to the old town and the main bus station, with a small supermarket below. The room is also big and comfortable. The shower is excellent with sufficient water pressure and hot water. The host is very nice, she keeps checking on me to ensure everything is good during my stay.

There is no view from the room but that is not a huge problem.

Exceptional in every way

You couldn’t have asked for anything better in terms of location, quality, comfort & communication from Anita was simply the best. We only had 2 nights in Pazar rooms, but if & when we return to Split, I’ll have no hesitation in contacting Anita again & booking the rooms. Anita was always there to answer my questions & even helped me out when I booked the ferry & wasn’t sure where my ferry departed from. I can’t say enough about Pazar rooms or Anita except if you are going to Split, book with these rooms..exceptional..👍👌

Close to old town, great accommodation

It was a good stay though.

Clean and just walking distance to Riva harbor, old town and beach and of course to the restaurants.

A bit noisy because of the people talking so loud in the night. We were at room 1 that near to where they standby during the night. Maybe better in the other rooms.

sehr zentrale Lage (unmittelbare Nähe zur Altstadt, zu den Fähren, zum Markt), geräumiges Zimmer, funktionierende Klimaanlage, klare Informationen für das self-check in (Türcode), Erreichbarkeit der Besitzerin

vor meinem Fenster war die Klimaanlage/lüfter, dh man konnte kein Fenster öffnen bzw. aus dem Zimmer blicken (war für mich nur halbschlimm, da ich sowieso nur zum schlafen im Zimmer war)

ブラインドが外れていて外から見えてしまうので椅子で視界を遮る必要があった２人の宿泊なのにマグカップが１つしかないゴミ収集所が部屋の前にあり、早朝4時頃にトラックの音とバケツの金属音で目が覚めた部屋のロック解除後ドアを開けるために力いっぱい押す必要があった(体当たりするくらいに！) 天上が低い部分に圧迫感があり、部屋の広さ「25㎡」の表示より狭い印象

Perfeita! A moça da limpeza super gentil, Anita tbm. Conseguimos entrar um pouquinho antes do horário marcado.

Localização perfeita, perto do centro histórico, da rambla, da rodoviária, mercados… tem jarra elétrica pra um chá ou café, exatamente como na foto. Tudo limpo e a moça da limpeza ainda me emprestou o aspirador para a sacola a vácuo da mala.

Ótima opção para uma estadia confortável em Split

Localização excelente. A dois passos do centro histórico e a uma curta caminhada da estação rodoviária. Roupas de cama e toalhas de ótima qualidade. Chaleira elétrica. Chás.

Como sugestão, poderia haver saca-rolhas e pratos/talheres disponibilizados.
