The location was fantastic, we loved that it was so close to the old town but still felt quiet and night and secluded when we had a dip in the plunge pool. Elena was really responsive and also helped us out with transportation up the coast to Zadar after our stay.

Perfect place to rest and/or explore the city and beaches

The location was great… 5 min from old town, 5 min from the Riva, 10min from the beach, perfect. We really like the freshness of the place, even if it was very warm outside we did not have to use the airconditioning and the swimming pool was much bigger than expected! I wish we would have had more days in Split after that! Elena is also very welcoming

Perfect apartment

We loved staying at Elena Rooms. Nice and central with a swimming pool to cool off at the end of the day. Elena kindly picked us up from the airport and the apartment was just what we wanted.

Superb place to stay, very comfortable, central but quiet location, lovely room in traditional building with stone walls. Elena was extremely helpful, responsive and great with parking guidance. Great bakery and farmers’ market a very short walk away.

Stay in Split

The apartment was lovely. So close to the centre of Split. Elena was the perfect host and even took the time to take us up to Klis. She also sorted out a boat trip for us to Vis and Hvar.

Outstanding experience. When I visit Split in the future, this is the first place I'll look to stay!

This property has so much to recommend it. The room was well-done in terms of decor, quite comfortable, and had everything needed for a stay. The location is outstanding--it is but a few minutes walk to the bus station, the ferry terminal, or the historic old town. There are two really good bakeries right around the corner, and the old town has plenty of eateries, etc. Last but not least, the owner is an outstanding host--remarkably responsive, helpful, and competent.

wonderful hostess! she was kind, friendly and so helpful. accommodations were beyond expectations. quick walk from ferry when I arrived and quick walk to bus station for departure. 3 minute walk to Old Town Split. very safe for solo travelers.

Close to old town, but hidden in a place with low traffic. Quiet at night. Has semi-private courtyard with a pool. Room itself has air-conditioner and is comfortable even with 35+ outside. Very nice value for money.

We arrived late at the train station with a 4 yr. old and Elena and her husband was there to show us the way to the apartment. It had everything we needed. Excellent customer service, location and exceptional value!!! Highly recommend this place!

Perfect location - few steps away from the Old Town! App was clean, fully equipped. The owner is an adorable and very helpful person! Because of the weather (pretty cold and rainy) we didn't use the pool, but the fact that it is has warm water was a nice surprise!

Heerlijk appartement met lekker zwembad op steenworp afstand van de oude stad. Wij hebben een aantal heerlijke dagen in de voorseizoen hier mogen overnachten en kijken daar met plezier op terug.
