Great location, not far from bus station and old city, close to supermarket and great restaurants. Lovely building and apartment which had good facilities, helpful staff available as needed.
Had planned to sit in courtyard, but there were a lot of mosquitoes in the area.

The location was a short walk from the train station, ferries to islands, old town, a grocery store, the beach, and many restaurants. The staff were super friendly, the room large and bright, and the bed comfortable.
If I had to choose one thing, there is no washing machine onsite. But our room came with a drying rack and we were able to wash our laundry in the large kitchen sink and dry things in front of the windows.
