Great location, really quiet and good balcony to sit out on

The apartment was in the perfect location for the bus station. 5 minutes walk away. The bathroom was large and the shower was excellent. The lady who checked us in and showed us around the apartment gave us lots of information.
The room was a little compact if you had a lot of luggage.

The room was ideally located a short walk from the main bus station and ferry terminal for Split, plus entrance to the old town and numerous places to eat. It had windows and a balcony overlooking the bay. It was spacious, including a very good shower. Staff were very helpful, including supply of beach towels when we requested them. Although in an old building, it was a genuine 3.5 to 4 star accommodation, as advertised. This made the room rate very good value.
Instructions to collect the keys were confusing, with reception actually in a different building two blocks away (Apinelo Tower Rooms), meaning that luggage had to be stored in a different building and retrieved if arriving before the 2pm check in. There were multiple doors to unlock, and a flight of narrow stairs, making initial access and departure with heavy luggage challenging.

the location is super close to everything. the reception was very nice at recommending
check in instruction was very poor — didn’t clearly instruct where and how to check in. also the switch for hot water was not clearly labeled. I accidentally turned off the boiler when turning off the toilet light, and ended up with no hot water
