Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartment etwas außerhalb von La Spezia (4,5 km) in einem alten Haus. Es ist für Italien ruhig, dafür hat man immer einen Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Die Gastgeberin ist extrem hilfsbereit und steht für alle Fragen zurVerfügung. Generell sollte man beachten, dass alle Attraktionen (La Spezia, Porto Venedere, Cinque Terre, usw. ) sowieso eigentlich nur mit Bus und Bahn sinnvoll zu erreichen sind, es gibt selbst in der Vorsaison keine Parkplätze. Die Bushaltestelle ist 50 m entfernt (fahren alle 15 Minuten), daher optimal. Zu erwähnen ist auch das Restaurant in der Straße, einfach super, auch nur 50 m zu laufen.
Von unserer Seite her alles gut.

Smashing spot looking at Cadimare marina, 2 minutes to a bus. The extra welcome gifts on arrival were unexpected. Clean and plenty of space. Mostly everything we needed. Wifi was great. It was so neat to watch life below from the balcony. The clock bells are brilliant, and ships of all sizes across the harbour, sunrise was amazing. We loved it.
Only small things. It was a shame about the power poles and cables in the view. The bed is very firm, but that's a personal thing. There is no close by grocery shop, so you just plan to bring it back on the bus. Couldn't find any drying rack, pegs were there, but no washing line.

Вид с балкона действительно красивый. Квартира расположена в тихом городке в пригороде Специи. Если вы на машине, то никаких проблем не возникнет. Без автомобиля не очень удобно, т.к. ближайшие магазины расположены достаточно далеко. В городе три ресторана и два бара, все они работают по бронированию, за два вечера не удалось просто поужинать ни в одном из них, спонтанно прийдя, не забронировав столик.
Нет кондиционера, на простой вопрос о его существовании, был написан ответ, что в квартирах в ТАКОЙ ценовой категории его отсутствие нормально. Перед заселением нас уведомили, что в качестве подарка оставили нам комплекты постельного белья и полотенца, которые оказались уже не первой свежести.
Нет электрического чайника, а использовать тот, что предназначен для газовой плиты крайне неудобно.
Запах в квартире напоминает о том, что дом действительно старый и, видимо, сама квартира давно не ремонтировалась.
Диван не предназначен для комфортного сна третьего взрослого человека.
Так же дважды напомнили о стоимости финальной уборки в 50€, который мы должны оставить на столе в день отъезда. Если включить эти 50€ в финальную стоимость объекта, то уже не кажется, что цена достаточно привлекательная для уровня самой квартиры.
Мы снимали еще 3 разных апартаментов в других городах по аналогичной стоимости, но все они были намного комфортнее.
