Grand appartement bien équipé, Très bon emplacement, proche des 5 terres et d'un super restaurant à 100m la tortuga di Claudio.
Appartement au second étage sans ascenseur et les places de parking public sont bien chargée.

Appartement très bien situé avec vue sur le port de La Spezia. Nous y avons passé 10 jours avec tout le confort. Pour aller à Florence nous avons pris le train et c'est bien pratique. Nous avons également pris les navettes maritimes pour visiter les Cinque Terre. Il y a beaucoup de choses à voir.... Nous avons adoré les pizzas, pâtes, tiramisus... A La Spezia, il y a pleins de supermarchés avec parking gratuit. Par contre en ville faire attention à la zone ZTL!
L'appartement est situé au second étage d'un immeuble sans ascenseur (cela ne nous a pas posé problème).

the kitchen facilities were great. we had to cook every night.
balcony was good
wi fi didn’t work. asked for assistance but didn’t get any
place was dusty under bed and radiators
need information about what to do with rubbish bins

Very clean, lots of space, nice modern design with high ceiling, big terrace with view of sea/ La Spezia city/ hills.
Perfect for travelers with car, we always find free parking lot in front of the house.
Down the hill of the house is directly a bus stop to portovenere, very convenient.
Alberto was very helpful, patient, gave me lots of advice for visiting around and about parking, which is usually never easy in Italy for foreigners ;)
