Amazing view but the place felt tired for the prize.

The view from the balcony is amazing!

The furnishing is very old fashioned. The coffee machine did not work properly. The place was not super clean.

Very nice.

The view was spectacular. The flat was very spacious. I appreciated having 2 full bedrooms, kitchen, washing machine and living space. Really enjoyed the balcony. Restaurants in walking distance. So glad I stayed there versus Cinque Terre. Quiet location and not crowded.

The bathroom was small but expected for a home that dates back many years.

Excellent stay. Stunning views. Great host

Lovely apartment with plenty of space for my family. A small balcony with stunning views over the harbour, I particularly enjoyed Saturday evening when we could hear the music from the harbour and even saw fireworks across the bay. A fully equipped kitchen including washing machine! Great host, I loved that I could contact by WhatsApp when needed. Is a little far out but was a great location for us. We could travel to La Spezia in a few minutes or around an hour drive to Monterosso or Pisa. There is a bus stop right outside if using public transport and a couple of bars/restaurants a few minutes walk (down alot of steps)

Weren't allowed to park inside the gated area but never struggled to park on the street so wasn't an issue.

Le séjour était TOP ! Appartement vraiment spacieux, très belle vue sur le port et les montagnes. L’appartement était très propre et le propriétaire vraiment très gentil et disponible tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons fortement ! Merci :)

Pas satisfaisant !!!

L'emplacement vue mer jolie vue

Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit et, à notre grande stupeur, nous avons découvert un appartement dans un état déplorable et totalement indigne du prix payé. Dès l’entrée, la poussière recouvrait absolument tout. Nous avons été contraints de faire un ménage complet avant même de poser nos affaires. Dans la salle de bain, la cuvette des toilettes était cassée. La douche, envahie par le calcaire, avait une pomme de douche qui tombait en permanence, rendant son utilisation pénible. Le matin, impossible de profiter d’un simple café : la cafetière semblait ne pas avoir été nettoyée depuis des décennies, dans un état de saleté répugnant. Pire encore, l’appartement était infesté de moisissures, particulièrement dans la cuisine, près de la fenêtre donnant sur un prétendu « jardin ». En réalité, ce jardin était un dépotoir impraticable, et pour y accéder, il fallait escalader une fenêtre à l’aide d’un escabeau — une véritable publicité mensongère par rapport aux photos présentées. Dans le salon, la poussière était omniprésente, et le tapis semblait ne pas avoir été nettoyé depuis des années. Pour le prix exorbitant demandé, c’est tout simplement inadmissible. Nous avons tenté de signaler ces problèmes en envoyant des messages, mais personne n’a daigné nous répondre. Seule la vue correspondait à la description — et encore, c’est bien la seule chose positive à retenir. Pour le reste, l’expérience fut catastrophique et nous ne remettrons plus jamais les pieds dans ce logement.

Un magnifique pied à terre pour visiter le région

La vue de l'appartement est superbe. L'appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé et confortable. Nous avons apprécié les serviettes de bain, le lave-linge et la petite terrasse arrière. Le parking sur la rue n'était pas un problème.

Un peu de difficulté à trouver le bon immeuble le premier jour. La pancarte de la photo n'est plus sur le portail.

Nous étions 4 adultes une seule chambre un lit gigogne à tiroir pour enfants mais pas pour adultes le canapé lit pas assez grand pour deux adultes .
