Very clean location, bus station in front of the building, free parking on the street (good street lights in the night, no parking on yellow places which are for residents), good communication with the host on WhatsApp, smooth check-in process.
Nothing, all good (except one night the high heels of the lady from upper floor) . We knew from other reviews that is on 3rd floor (no elevator). If you come late at night, it's possible that all the free parking spaces to be occupied.

The apartment is located in a suburb of La Spezia (quiet neighborhood) and has free (public) parking on the street in front of the building. It is large and clean, and has a balcony, two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a bathroom and a living room. The temperature in winter was ideal as well as the hot water supply.
The train station is about 8 minutes away by car (information about free parking near the station is given at the property). The location is ideal if traveling by car (without a car things are rather complicated) and for traveling to Porto Venere by road. Access to the apartment keys was easy, and the instructions to enter the apartment were informative and sent by message.
There is no elevator to access the 3rd floor of the building where the apartment is located
The living room sofa needs replacing (you can feel the springs)
The bathroom layout was uncomfortable. When you sit on the toilet your legs are restricted by the bidet.

Ottimo per raggiungere Portovenere e le 5 Terre. Parcheggio sotto casa nella via interna. Grande e pulitissimo.
Abbiamo soggiornato in inverno, un po' freddo come appartamento.
