About this villa rental

Just a short distance from the ocean, this family-friendly villa lets you experience it all. Thanks to the convenient onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 14-minute walk to Cosa National Museum of Archaeology, or easily tackle the quick 5-minute drive to Orbetello Lagoon.

After you return to this 5920-sq-ft villa, you can unwind by the outdoor pool or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the deck or patio and firepit. As for the great indoors, you can try your hand at foosball and table tennis, or enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, and stereo.

This 7-bedroom, 7-bathroom rental features a living room, a BBQ grill, a fireplace, and air conditioning. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and cookware. And you can even travel light because you'll have access to laundry facilities.

Our family, spread over 3 continents met in Italy for 10 days and it was amazing! The house is in the most beautiful location, with private steps that lead directly to the ocean. We bought pool toys from the local COOP and spent many hours in the sea and in the pool. The view is sensational too. The check in was wonderful with Maria and Claudia showing us around and Mineo taking special care of us each day. What a wonderful man. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the beds/bedding/pillows for a more comfortable sleep. I would also be sure an BBQ was made available for alfresco cooking. Easy changes to make. Thank you, Antonio, Maria and Claudia. And of course, Mineo. Overall it was phenomenal.
