Spacious villa with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside, private swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The property is surrounded by a large garden and is located in one of Tuscany’s most beautiful zones the Val d’Orcia – a territory located south of Siena, famous for its charming towns such as Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo, San Quirico d'Orcia. This property is comprised of 3 apartments – they are not linked internally but are rented collectively to one rental group of friends or family. A beautiful communal room with a living area and kitchen allows all of the guests to come together for meals etc. Outside guests can enjoy a private swimming pool and a Jacuzzi.
Access to the house is via a dirt road, roughly 2km in length.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.

Available to guests: garden and outside areas furnished for dining alfresco, private and fenced-in swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests (14 x 7m; depth: 1,20 - 1,40 m), outdoor Jacuzzi large enough for 5 people (next to the swimming pool), communal inside space large enough to hold all of the guests together at the same time with living area, tennis table, dining area and kitchen. The rental has free Wi-Fi internet connection (Starlink), children’s cot, outdoor laundry room.
All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

News 2026: Starting from April 2026, a new space will be fully available for guests of Casale Santa Francesca. In an annex located just a few meters from the farmhouse, a gym and a relaxation area will be set up, featuring sofas, armchairs, and a 75-inch TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
The gym (with a technical rubber floor) will be equipped with the following machines:
- Technogym Unica
- Technogym MyRun (treadmill)
- Technogym Bench (weights and resistance bands)

Casale Santa Francesca will provides a charging station for electric cars (11 KW). Guests will be given a card at their arrival allowing them to recharge their car batteries (this service is to be paid on site to the villa owner).
