About this villa rental
Superb location on the hills immersed in the scents of Mediterranean scrub with a wonderful sunset view away from any urban transit of cars. The living room is made unique by the many amenities the villa has. Possibility of suggestive dining at the pool edge.
Villa "Agavi" has a large porch and a splendid swimming pool (m16x6) with bordosfior. The villa stands on three levels: the ground floor there is a broad and lounge with dining area, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi, 1 double, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom + 1 single bed. On the first floor, reachable by a spiral staircase in wood from the garden outside, there are 1 double bedroom + 1 baby bed, 1 double bedroom + 1 single bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. Going up the spiral staircase you reach an attic with 1 double bed + 1 single bed with the possibility of adding an extra single bed and 1 bathroom with bathtub. The pool has a counter-current swimming, bordosfioro and trampoline. also it equipped with a night light at both internal and external with halogen headlights with pandore terracotta. The solarium, equipped with sun beds, has an area of shade with wooden shed and a shower with hot water. For more privacy, the pool area is surrounded on three sides by a beautiful wall in stone with a very special arch at the entrance.
The entire property is completely fenced and accessed via 2 electric gates that can be opened with remote control ..

ein wundervolles detailverliebtes Haus das keine Wünsche offen läßt! Das Anwesen ist top gepflegt und ein rundrum Sorglospaket. Roberto, unser Vermieter, ist super nett und immer erreichbar.

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir bereits sehr herzlich von Roberto und Lelly empfangen, inclusive kalter Getränke und gekühlter Tücher zur Erfrischung. Das Haus hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Sauberkeit, Erhaltungszustand, Ausstattung alles hervorragend. Täglich kam ein Helfer zur Poolreinigung und Gartenpflege.Strand, Restaurants, Geschäfte..alles in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar und trotzdem liegt das Haus absolut ruhig. Hier will man gar nicht mehr weg. Das Objekt sorgt für den rundum 'Wohlfühleffekt". Nochmal herzlichen Dank an unsere Gastgeber: ihr seid klasse und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

La villa si trova in un posto molto bello immersa nella natura e nella quiete. Il proprietario ci ha accolto molto bene e si è reso sempre disponibile per ogni nostra necessità. Consigliamo sicuramente questa bellissima esperienza. Complimenti a Roberto!
