Typical country house and contemporary design annex

The house is a typical home of the Ente Maremma built at the beginning of the 20th century. Located on a panoramic hill, it is surrounded by a garden and an olive grove and some fruit trees on a land of about 2 hectares. A small annex and its extension of contemporary design complete the property. The renovation and the new extension have equipped the house with all the comforts respecting the original architectural features. The stone building has a sloping tiled roof and an external staircase that connects the two floors of the house. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a small kitchen and two bedrooms (each for two people) with a bathroom. All rooms have direct access to the garden. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with two beds (+ possible armchair bed) and one with four beds) with bathroom and a splendid panoramic terrace.
In the dependence and in the contemporary extension there are 3 bedrooms all with direct access to the garden and 2 bathrooms.
The garden has a swimming pool, 2 large pergolas with a large stone table and a wrought iron table, a barbecue and a bowling green.
