Pas très bien placé dans Tours (quartier moyen) La terrasse couverte inutilisable par temps de pluie ..) Le ménage à l’arrivée moyen (aspirateur plein, vaisselle rangée mal lavée)

Rue calme, appartement spacieux et clair.
Le manque de chaleur dû au temps froid et humide. Cela dit il y avait un chauffage d’appoint dans l’appartement.
