Rosso Rubino - Mansarda Vista Lago a Marta

I have lived in Marta in the past and I can say that this place gives you the best of it. View over the beautiful lake, accessible to the promenade, shops and cafes and the beautiful alleys of the old section of town. It's such a very lovely, relaxed place. As for the apartment itself, it is simply perfect, for one person or a couple - equipped with everything and very, very thoughtfully designed. On the third floor, there is a panoramic view of the lake from the balcony, while inside the apartment you can keep the window open and see the sky but have complete privacy.

Just a mobility note that you have to climb up one floor to the "diamond" rooms and two floors to the other rooms, and there's no lift.

The apartment is designed for the visitor with every detail considered. It was immaculately clean and spacious with tons of natural light, the apartment is a great place to stay for a few days or a couple of weeks. It has awesome views of the lake and easy parking for those traveling with car. We loved the kitchen and balcony and bed is very comfortable.

A parte i tre piani di scale nulla

Tutto molto gradevole, ambienti spaziosi, terrazzino con vista sul lago, letto comodissimo, doccia con getto forte e rigenerante. Perfettaa colazione con sconto nel bar di fronte, dove hanno anche ottimi vini per un aperitivo. A due passi dal lago e da tutti i servizi essenziali. Per chi viene con i mezzi pubblici, la fermata Cotral è di fronte alla casa

Va tutto già bene così! Forse un piccolo divano al posto della poltrona, per non doversi giocare a dadi il piacere di sedersi comodi :-)
