Wonderful Stay with a Beautiful View

I had a fantastic stay in Marta, Italy. The apartment was incredibly spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the lake — truly one of the highlights of the experience. Everything inside the apartment was thoughtfully arranged and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making my stay very comfortable. One of the standout features was the bathroom: not only was it exceptionally large, but it was also impeccably clean and well-maintained, which added an extra level of comfort. The owner was very kind with us. We had a personal issue and she was very nice to us.

A small note for future guests: the apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible only by stairs. While this wasn’t an issue for me, it may be important to consider for those with limited mobility. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped spot in a charming town.

Lovely place to stay for a couple of days.

The location was lovely, next to the like with view from the balconies. The host was super kind and accommodative, even if we didn’t met them they were always available. Nearby it’s nice to walk and you can find many different shops.

It would be nice to have mosquito nets at the windows as there were a lot of insects. Also a kitchen hook would be useful for the smells while cooking. Everything else was great.

La struttura è posizionata fronte lago, visibile da una terrazza attrezzata con tavolo e sedie. Ambiente confortevole, pulito e moderno.

Purtroppo l’unica cosa negativa potrebbe essere un impedimento per le persone anziane o con difficoltà motorie, poiché le scale di accesso per l’ultimo piano sono un po’ troppo ripide.

Casa pulitissima in una posizione meravigliosa. Gentilissimi e molto attenti gli host della struttura. Bellissimo il terrazzino tra i tetti che guarda il lago. Torneremo

Soggiorno vista lago a Marta

Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione, dotato di tutto il necessario e di un terrazzino con una magnifica vista sul lago. Ottime la pulizia e la posizione sul lungo lago vicina a ristoranti e bar. Apprezzabile anche la dotazione per la sicurezza (kit di pronto soccorso, estintore e coperta antifiamma). Ottima la presenza di capsule per il caffè per la colazione. Consigliato!

Non lo ritengo un difetto, ma l'accesso al piano mansardato solo tramite il vano scala potrebbe non essere adatto alle persone più anziane.

Splendida vista.

Mansarda posta in ottima posizione, ben arredata, con un tocco d'attenzione all'estetica e alle piccole comodità. Accogliente e pulitissima. Vista sull'intero lago di Bolsena. Staff sempre a disposizione, sia pure da remoto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Vista romantica e accoglienza impeccabile

Abbiamo soggiornato presso il B&B Casa Vacanze Maddalena - Palazzetto sul Lago di Bolsena, nel mini appartamento "Rubino", un attico con una splendida vista sul lago, situato nella pittoresca cittadina di Marta. Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole! Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la gentilezza e la disponibilità della direzione, che hanno reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale. L’appartamento era confortevole, curato nei dettagli e ideale per godersi momenti di relax immersi in un contesto incantevole. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un luogo tranquillo e accogliente per una fuga romantica o un viaggio alla scoperta delle meraviglie del Lago di Bolsena.

L’unica pecca è l’assenza di un ascensore, che potrebbe rappresentare una difficoltà per chi ha problemi di mobilità. Detto ciò, il fascino e la qualità della struttura compensano ampiamente questa mancanza.

FANTASTICO!!!! 🤩

Appartamento nuovo, ben curato, caldo, accogliente, romantico con un piccolo terrazzo dove abbiamo fatto un aperitivo con una vista sul lago meravigliosa!! Pulizia impeccabile. Siamo venuti altre volte a Marta per staccare la spina e rilassarci a pochi km da Roma , ed ora che abbiamo trovato questo gioiellino (Rubino) torneremo sempre qui.
