Beautiful property. Converted barn to the highest quality.

The only little thing was trying to work the heated floor as we were there in January and it was cold. ( but that was one tiny thing)

Really well done, in a wonderful area and superb barn conversion. Ideal for the weekend. Friendly hosts, including Tilly the dog and the local sheep! Thanks will be back again.

Peaceful and well positioned

Everything we needed. Very cosy and owners were so friendly. We loved our stay.

Needed some high dusting lots of cobwebs could be seen from the bedroom but I appreciate it’s difficult to get up there. Didn’t spoil our stay.

Beautiful stay

Lovely farm location for us, and the dog, to enjoy 🐶 Was lucky enough to time it during this years lovely sunny weather spell and also post lambing season. This made for a lovely morning coffee. In great proximity to North York Moors and also Yorkshire Dales if you’re explorers. The owners seems to have paid close attention to every detail apart from the small window (view over farm) upstairs which you directly look out of from the bed. When the sun rises at 5am, it would have been nice to black this window out like the other windows upstairs. Only if we was being picky. Other than that - 5***** stay and would 100% stay again

Excellent facilities and good location.

Very good location for us. Location of pub a few yards away served excellent food. Lovely bed and linen. Barn conversion was of high standard. Nice patio area with open views.

A fixed mirror by the dressing table, the round freestanding one could easily slip. If some guests cook their own food, a casserole dish with a lid would be a useful addition to kitchen equipment.

Exceptional place to stay.

The property is furnished to a high standard & the owners have thought of just everything you may need for your stay there. Even down to a basket and bowls for the dogs. It was exceptionally clean. The bed very comfortable. The location of this property is so peaceful & relaxing. It’s not overlooked by anyone & looks over fields. The owners are really helpful, and were there if you did need anything… not that we did as everything was perfect. The sunset was beautiful in the evening. We sat and watched it from the patio. We stayed here for a couple of days en-route to Scotland. It’s not far from the A1 and ideal place to relax after the journey. I wished we had been staying an extra few days.

Trotzdem rasch in grösserem Ort (Northallerton) mit umfassender Infrastruktur und interessantem Ladenangebot - Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen (Bauernbetrieb ohne Lärmimmissionen) - Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber - Toller Umbau einer ehemaligen Scheune in eine sehr ansprechende, zeitgemässe Wohneinheit (EG mit Mezzanine) - Sehr bequemes Doppelbett - Privatsphäre - Bequeme Parkmöglichkeit - Gutes Pub vor Ort (Mittwoch bis Sonntag offen) in 3 Fussminuten zu erreichen
