Great location Nice and quiet Good information pack (use of tv, shower etc.....)

Could have been cleaner (cobwebs, pet hairs, dirty carpet runners, skirting not cleaned). Property should ideally be spotless for next occupants. Had to purchase cleaning cloths for kitchen. Very little kitchen roll left. Dirty/used dish scrubber. All of which should really be replaced after previous occupancy. Poor welcome pack (bottle of prosecco and 4 teabags/coffee pods). Disappointed that back yard area is completely cut off from property. No way of accessing unless you leave through the front door and go around to the side of the building and unlock gate (pictures are very misleading). Heavy rain during our stay and one of the roof windows leaked. Duvet on bed was very heavy and too big for the bed/got in the way which made it uncomfortable/too warm. Stay was expensive for 3 nights so would have expected a little more attention to detail which was a shame because the location was perfect.
