3 The Old Schoolhouse: hot tub, log burner, parking, en-suite

This is a lovely, comfortable cottage with plenty of space and very well equipped. We really enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor seating area and providing robes is a nice touch. The beds are very comfortable. Location is great, near the station if needed and a very pleasant stroll through the town to the harbour and beaches. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely return!

Everything was great

Smiled when we opened the door, smiled when we explored the schoolhouse. Smiled at the hot tub facilities. Bed time smile at how comfortable the beds are! Showers are great, kitchen has more than you will need to feed a family etc. Wi-Fi spot on and fast. TV all I need is the main 5 channels, TV had the big 5 channels but also Netflix which is just fantastic… A birthday treat for my Wife for which this schoolhouse really did play it’s part, she was delighted…. Only thing missing was a butler! Not a single complaint from us…. Loved the stay!

We had a lovely little break here. The area was beautiful and peaceful, and the lodge had such a cosy, homely feel to it. Everything was very clean, well looked after and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. You can really see how much care and pride the owners take in the property, which made it feel extra welcoming. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back! ❤️

Incredible property which has been renovated to a high standard with everything you would need including a very well stocked kitchen, rainfall showers, comfy beds and living room. The hot tub is private, clean and comfortable. Communication with our hosts was excellent and the check-in was easy. Location is excellent to explore the vibrant high street and wonderful beach. We would love to stay again!
