3 The Old Schoolhouse: hot tub, log burner, parking, en-suite

The house was very clean on arrival, host contacted us to say property was ready 2 hrs earlier than the booking in time which was great. The property has everything you need including a secluded garden area and hot tub. There are 2 bathrooms with showers which was perfect for our party of 4. The Old Schoolhouse is located at the end of the high street, far enough away from the hustle and bustle but also only 2 mins away and you are in it. Plenty of eating and drinking places nearby. Lovely place, would highly recommend to any part of 4 thinking about travelling to Whitstable.

The property was just fabulous ; a real home from home . Lovely comfy beds , kitchen very well stocked with everything you need on holiday , lovely clean shower rooms .

Nothing to dislike . One area on the sofa was a little soft and uncomfortable but it was a large corner sofa so could sit elsewhere .

Great location, close to pubs, shops and cafes, 10 minutes walk to the beach or train station, with private parking. Quiet and comfortable bedrooms, really well kitted out kitchen, with large amount of crockery (so many places only give you just enough) two bathrooms both with showers. Hot tub well maintained and a bonus (even if accessed across the car park, but that slight inconvenience is offset by the provision of dressing gowns). Wood stove also a nice additional treat and thoughtful extras like cosy throws in the sitting room. Exceptionally responsive and helpful hosts, every question answered within minutes, from recommendations to extra towels.

Honestly hard to fault. You could happily spend an extended stay with a family. The blinds in the master bedroom would benefit from a blackout layer.
