The hot tub!
Potentially tricky for anyone who has mobility issues as there is a need to step over covered beams in both bedrooms. These are stepped and as safe as they can be, but made my 87 year old father nervous.

Lovely property, I went to school here in the mid 80s. Great location, close to the beach and town. Very quiet despite being near a railway line, you can’t hear it.
We stayed during heatwave in June so we felt we need an air conditioning unit downstairs as it was very warm inside, the windows are sealed so can’t be opened and the air conditioning unit was only confined to one room. A couple of extra pillows on the bed and a tv in the bedroom would be lovely.

Great location and free on site parking
Generally excellent but the hot tub could have done with fresh water and cleaning as with the bubbles on there was a scum appearing around the sides.
