No breakfast provided but an excellent selection of teas and coffees and everything needed to make breakfast
The storage units and railway line albeit they didn’t cause us any problems it would have been just the first impression

The old school house is the best equipped place I have ever stayed in - there was nothing they didn’t provide. Exceptional for a family with children - high chairs, travel cot, stairgate etc - I have never experienced that before
Lack of opening windows - only one could open in the kitchen/lounge area - I felt claustrophobic - no view - hot tub so full of chlorine time I felt ill

The location was excellent, easy to park & walk in to the high street through Whitstable. Spacious property.
Whilst being an older property we understand it is harder to maintain - we felt that the property needed some tlc & was only surface clean. Our feet were black from walking on the carpet, we wiped down the stairs bannister as it was sticky & this was also black plus everywhere was dusty. Spiders webs with dead spiders & bugs were on window sills & built up in the corners. Hairs all over the kitchen table & chairs.
